I would also sincerely like to thank Kiki and her team partner (I’m so sorry I’ve forgotten his name), along with the rest of the staff, for decorating my room and surprising me with a birthday cake 🎂. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that I will truly remember. Your kindness made my stay extra special.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t topped up even at 9am while guests were still coming in. The place and system felt unorganized. Most of the food was just leftovers, and several trays were empty without being refilled. Very disappointed with the experience.

Cons:

Breakfast was poorly managed. At 9am, with guests still arriving, many dishes were empty and not replenished. The setup felt unorganized, and the food available seemed like leftovers rather than a properly maintained buffet. Truly disappointing.

A pleasant stay at a good hotel which was strategically located in a lively part of the city.
Pros:

The ambience,the pleasant staff and dining facilities.

Cons:

The safe in my room was defective and I couldnt use it. The hotel was not able to fix or replaced it during my stay despite me informing them.

يجب تغيير وسادة السرير بأسرع وقت ممكن غير مريحة نهائيا حتى تكتمل اقامتك الممتعه
