Great place to stay in Yerevan.
Pros:

Perfect location, excellent value. Extremely clean.

Staff at reception HAVE TO LEARN TO SMILE WHEN YOU APPROACH THEM!
Also could be friendlier. They are quite robotic and it feels like you’re talking to a machine. They are very efficient, and professional, but they need a bit of character.

That was my worse hotel experience in my whole life of traveling in past 30 years!
Pros:

The location was not in main street and next building constriction going on and always noisy and people smoking in front of building. no parking available foe drops off and picks up.
the room was very small, and we had two rooms there, we stay for 2weeks there and every day ask staff for give us connect room or give us bigger room, but they were very route safe and front desk. the only we hired was No. they did not even try to help us or do something.

Cons:

very small rooms, compeer with the price does not worth it, i will not recommended anyone. staff were very route! No view at all from windows.

City Break w Erywaniu
Pros:

Mozliwość zrobienia check in w nocy, bardzo pomocny personel, dobrze mówiący po angielsku. Śniadania bardzo dobre w postaci szwedzkiego stołu, codziennie nowe potrawy, było w czym wybierać. Lokalizacja dogodna aby zwiedzać miasto.

Pros:

My daughter (she is only 8) breakfast was included in original price and we had to fight over it couple of times (manager was involved as well) to prove that it is covered. First time when we stopped by to pay the balance and been promissed that all is good and second time on the actual check in day. Horrible service and waisted of time!
