We arrived at 11.30pm after the longest flight with a 4 year and and an infant. The staff wouldn’t let us check in unless we purchased a second property as we had “too many people” (husband, wife, 4 year old and baby in arms). They wanted my husband to buy another room and take one child there and me alone with my baby. They said it’s company policy they don’t allow children. I pulled up my phone with the hotel policies and showed them the policy on booking.com where it says children under 4 stay free (and certainly don’t need to purchase another room). We all fit in the bed comfortably and left at 6am for a connecting flight. Poor customer service.

Pick up from airport extremely helpful for my evening arrival. Loved relaxing & swimming in rooftop pool, watching the busy HCM Airport. My room was more than big enough & had two shower/toilet spaces. Stayed an extra night before moving onto Da Nang, allowing me to enjoy an evening river cruise on the 2nd night. Will definitely book here again.
Great stopover hotel for Saigon airport. Communication was prompt and clear before we even arrived. Really easy to locate the driver for the complimentary transfer to the hotel. The room was well designed and utilized space very well. Great facilities, clean, super comfortable bed for a good nights sleep. Loved the pool overlooking the runway so our youngest could watch planes taking off and landing. Really lovely pool area and the happy hour pool side was excellent with a lovely atmosphere, well priced food and drink (extra points for the delicious coconut brownie!) and lovely setting for sunset. Staff were friendly, attentive and perfectly courteous. Far exceeded my expectations.

Prima hotel dicht bij de luchthaven. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ze wachten je op bij de luchthaven en begeleiden je naar de shuttle bus. Prima rooftop bar en restaurant met uitzicht over de stad. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet
Niets viel tegen omdat ik koos voor een hotel bij de luchthaven. Is wel een 30-45 min. vanaf HCM centrum
