It’s a typical hotel you would get anywhere in the world. It was clean and comfortable and nothing different. It was a bit blah

I wasn’t a fan of the food, nor was I happy about being told that when I booked, that they had ‘made a mistake’ and under charged me. It was only a very small difference (which they also pointed out) which I get, but that is not really the point. The point is that I booked and agreed to pay the amount that was advertised - you can’t go ‘oops my bad. We made a mistake and under quoted and under charged your account and need more money’. In my view that’s terrible terrible customer service and not my problem. Just to be clear - it would have been fine it was an extra city tax, which i have paid before because it was disclosed in the information about the hotel at the tome of booking.

A very pleasant & convenient place to stay between international flights.
Pros:

We chose the hotel for its proximity to the international airport as we were only staying briefly between flights. The free shuttle service from and to the airport was very much appreciated. All the staff at the hotel were helpful and cheerful. The room layout was typical of Ibis Hotels - neat, compact and well designed. It was the right place for us to stay considering our time constraints.

Absolutely Awesome Location!
Pros:

Location for us was perfect...and all the foodie places surrounding the hotel were absolutely awesome!

Very convenient stay after an arduous customs experience at ho chi min airport
Pros:

Pick up and drop off from the airport was easy. The roof top pool where you can watch planes take off and land was really exciting for our 4 year old. Our flight leaving was delayed and they allowed us to check out late as our child was sleeping. Breakfast was fantastic.
