Eastin Residences Vadodara

This is fist time I stayed at Nivasana Residence Vadodara, my fist and excellent experiences were I feel my home and very testy food and great service and hospitality of Nivasana Residence Vadodara Hospitality is best….

Excellent Rooms with Bequtiq interior design the lobby and great hospitality expriance at Nivasana Residency Vadodara were food quality is asome and frandaly environment good for the family accomdion and services is excellent..

For Conference and Meeting this the excellent Hotel which is near by Railway Station as well central Bus depo and safe for shopping and food service and staff is friendly and good..

1. when I checked in the room, the TV channels were not working, so had to call maintenance who fixed it.
2. the bedding was not changed which i noticed late in night when i was going to sleep & the pillows were smelling of usage of previous customer.
3. i dont know for what reason glass water bottles are kept when almost all hotels have bottled mineral water. customers are unnecessarily reqd to purchase whcih are charged 3 times the rate of a bottle.. 4. had booked MAP, but for dinner had to choose from a fixed menu & with poor choices. 5. ordered a chicken started & on eating the first piece found hair which was brought to notice of manager & he took the dish inside. meaning there is no cleanlineness followed. 6. even during morning breakfast the watermelon juice was had become sour & again brought to notice of manager who replaced the entire watermelon glass container/gasket. i will not recommend stay at all in this hotel.

It is one of the worst hotels , extremely dissappoiting …. in a serviced apartment our room had no microwave or refrigerator…. they had removed it .

when we ordered room service they hung up on us . when we called again they took order and then cancelled it . when you ask for water bottle they said it’s over in the hotel .

This is the second time I stayed here and both the times I enjoyed the stay. I was made to feel at home and any problems we had were sorted out very quickly and to our satisfaction. The staff were very warm and friendly. The deluxe studio we stayed in was generally comfortable and homely. The pillows and the mattress comfort level needs to be improved to increase for restful sleep. I would definitely come again and recommend it to my family and friends.

*) Very poor maintenance. The door to my room could not be locked, it was good that I realized it before stepping out. On raising the issue, they realized it cannot be fixed, and I had to be moved to a different room. So, do check that before getting comfortable in the room.
*) There are absolutely no wardrobes or shelves in the room. For some strange reason, the wardrobes and the shelves were in the bathroom. Whoever came up with this design ought to be fired and never allowed to design anything ever again.
*) The room service staff was very good and prompt, we asked for additional drinking water bottles and were provided promptly. The staff is friendly as well.
*) The room and bathroom were very very spacious and clean. There was also a sofa and a chair in the room. The towels and the bedsheets were very low quality and it was very obvious. The mattress has lived way beyond it's shelf life.
*) Induction was provided in the room but there were no vessels to cook anything. We didn't intend to use it, so it did not really matter to us, but I am not sure how it works. Do I have to ask for vessels and utensils to cook at the reception?
*) The location of the hotel is inside a narrow lane and its a residential area. No views, not that there is anything to see.
*) Overall this hotel can be a good option in case you are on a tight budget.

For me this vadodara property is my home when ever I come Staff at the Reception and Restaurant they take care of my home all is too excellent that it's exceed the best hospitality were manage keep it up and good blase this entry property..

I had a lovely time at the Easton. Everyone was very helpful. We did not speak gujarati but the staff was always very accommodating and kind. Rohan the housekeeper was also very helpful. Overall I had a very pleasant stay

Great stay at Eastin, Roshan was very helpful, providing us with waters and daily room freshenings. We are so grateful for such diligent and friendly staff. They even helped us wrap our dupattes for Indian wedding events. Breakfast was delicious and the location was great-right near a lot of shopping. Great value for service and a great atmosphere.

Great place to stay. Very clean and the room attendants Rashan brought us everything we needed to get ready for our excursions. Would stay here again.

Very poor service in the glass house. Atitude is very bad of the fnb service people . The staff is very loud and roude Pinkle. Anil as if the guest is eating food in free . Breakfast absuletely cold and when asked to give hot they behaved as if they are doing favour. Very bad behaviour

Excellent stay! Highly recommended.
Staff was very cordial and helpful. I would like to come here again with my family next year as well.
