Towels were torn. Room too small

Very poor service in the glass house. Atitude is very bad of the fnb service people . The staff is very loud and roude Pinkle. Anil as if the guest is eating food in free . Breakfast absuletely cold and when asked to give hot they behaved as if they are doing favour. Very bad behaviour

Location of this hotel is ideal very close to shopping areas and also walking distance to the shopping areas. The hotel is a small boutique hotel and is modern with a good ambience- rooms are very comfortable and it is very quiet most of the time - staff are very helpful and courteous especially Roshan - nothing was too much trouble - I would highly recommend this hotel to stay in if visiting Vadodara

Each and every person was very happy with the facilities, rooms, services and food. The experience was far better than our expectations. Mr Firoz, the manager was very helpful for the booking, and accomodative in many respects to take care of all our guests.
