Very friendly helpful staff
Pros:

Staff were fantastic thank you Liliana and Estell especially, Liliana stayed late to let us in when our flight was delayed and we arrived after midnight, Estell was very helpful about local knowledge and what to do in Setubal

Cons:

A kettle and tea in the room would have been a nice touch but there was a kettle and tea and water in the lobby so wasnt a problem

Uma estadia muito confortável e luminosa, com cama enorme, pequeno-almoço excelente servido à mesa e um staff sempre sim

Uma experiência muito positiva do início ao fim. O quarto destaca-se logo pela luminosidade: janelas grandes que deixam entrar muita luz e tornam o ambiente ainda mais confortável. A cama é enorme e muito boa — daqueles detalhes que melhoram mesmo a qualidade do descanso.
O pequeno-almoço foi excelente: servido à mesa, com variedade e qualidade, e com ovos cozinhados no momento, o que dá um toque especial.
Por fim, nota máxima para o staff: todos, sem exceção, foram extremamente simpáticos, atentos e disponíveis. Recomendo vivamente e espero voltar.

Cons:

Quanto à localização, é tranquila e próxima da zona portuária, mas para conhecer a cidade com mais facilidade é aconselhável deslocação de carro.

Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great location if you are travelling through as it is on the outskirts of town and has good access to the highway nearby. Staff gave us information regarding good restaurants in town which we followed and had a wonderful meal.

A senhora que nos atendeu foi muito simpática e ajudou-me a tornar a noite o mais romântica possível para o nosso aniversário. O quarto estava lindo e a comida e bebida eram fantásticas.

Cons:

Apenas ouvi um barulho durante a noite, parecia uma máquina a ligar e desligar com frequência. Nada que incomodasse muito.

Que la piscina está a fuera de servicio.... No nos avisaron. Habitación pequeña y mal insonorizada, se escucha cada coche que pasa por la calle .
