Pros:

It is a very nice hotel, centrally situated. We were on a floor quite high up so it was quiet. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Parking was confusing. The car park isn't well signed and it was tricky to navigate.

Vasa is the most amazing hotel in surabaya, very cozy when we arrived at the lobby, staff very helpfull with the luggage, met saffa and she really loves joking with the kids. the decoration in the lobby are unique and beautiful. The are many great spots for taking photos. Thankyou Vasa

Pros:

I checked in early and had no trouble checking in. I received confirmation via WhatsApp that my room was available at 11:30 AM. The room was beyond my imagination... I was very satisfied. I was also named guest of the day and had the opportunity to enjoy the service in the executive lounge on the 33rd floor... this executive lounge is truly extraordinary.

Lovely hotel at Surabaya
Pros:

Magnificent services. The staffs are super friendly and helpful, especially Bernita. Also, fpr the contemporary art lover, you can enjoy the Chimerative sculpture at the lobby. The restaurants also nice. Lots of mouthwatering menu.
