Interior was beautiful nice rooms set up but cleanliness too much dust and change clothing or cover

ambience is good,They can have car parking.All facilities are good

Staff = excellent
Room cleaning service : great for room but slacks for the bathroom.
Wifi: sometimes disconnects but ok
In hotel restaurant: BIG LIE. They say its a restaurant but its only tea in breakfast hours
Complimentry breakfast = only idli and chutney available. Its not a continental breakfast so very misleading
Room= Very loud tv noise constantly coming through connecting door through the room
Bathroom = not hygenic. Damaged fixtures and heater does not work unless i inform the reception. And water closet was very unhygenic.

Had booked this with breakfast in the package. Was told the restaurant is closed for renovation AFTER check in at night when I tried ordering room service. Obviously no breakfast either. No hot water in the room due to plumbing issues. When raised these issues with the manager Abdul at the time of check out, was very rudely spoken to. Someone needs to teach them the meaning of hospitality.

Rooms are way too small and it stinks a lot. So many other options nearby on same rate...

The room had a stench.Service was good.Difficult to approach the hotel when heavy rain occurs as all the connecting roads get flooded.Less choice of breakfast items.

This was my second time at Treebo Berrys at Madurai. To begin with, the lady at the reception, Priya, was quite rude and indifferent. At a front office, the least you can expect is courteous behavior.
Secondly, the bath room was terrible, lacked cleanliness. This is also the second Treebo I am checking in to, the first one being at Mysore. I wouldn't recommend this pace to anyone.

Good to stay clean and confomatablegood ambience., next I want better disount.

Right from the check-in experience to the room cleanliness, it was terrible for us. The staff was rude and wouldn't allow us to check-in inspite of going through expedia and specifying the number of members in the reservation. 40$ for a night is pretty expensive. the Room was barely bigger than the bed itself with no room to walk around it. The bathroom was not clean at all with the shower curtain with so much mold and dirt (i was going tp puke). Fortunately we only needed that room for 6h during the day before we can catch our train.

Even more terrible experience is with staff. After we were relaxing in our room, the staff just barges into our room by opening it without knocking. How terrible is that! The room doesn't even lock. The only good thing for this hotel is the location. It is a walking distance to the railway station.

I was only here for one night. Room very clean and modern with good ac, very modern bathroom with great shower (with warm water) and soft towels. Hotel is close to everywhere, easily within walking distance of temple and shops. Was next to reception so a little noisy and no outside view from window but excellent for the price

Eles nos deixaram fazer check-in mais cedo e checkout mais tarde, sem nenhum custo extra, o que foi bastante útil. O café da manhã, contudo, poderia ser mais variado.

Booked because I stayed at a Treebos hotel in Bangalore, my mistake. Tiny room that looked nothing like pictures, not a single English language channel on tv, non existent wifi for most of the day and a breakfast that wasn't worth having. I don't expect to pay 2300 rupees and get that standard. I suppose when you pay up front with a booking agency that's what can happen. Save you're treat for another hotel, waste of money here.

Poor construction, thin walls and doors, loud guests, required multiple requests for amenities, no wifi in rooms, some rooms had only a window facing another building, breakfasts were skimpy and tasteless,staff was pleasant but many did not speak or understand much English.

The property is well designed, good interiors.
Our room was filled with bad odur of cigarette, you should not allow in room smoking.

Breakfast service was pathetic, food items were not refilled quickly, long waiting time. Also not enough staff to serve.
