Amazing Stay with Thoughtful Touches and a Perfect Location
Pros:

Everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly, always going above and beyond to make our stay special. The rooms were beautiful—clean, modern, and very comfortable. The entire property is exceptionally well maintained and clearly looked after with great care. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning.

Cons:

Nothing to highlight as a negative—this place is truly amazing. If anything, just a small suggestion: adding a bit of desk space or a small desk and chair would be helpful for guests who may need to get some work done during their stay.

Also, while the beach is close by, access is via a short walk—around 8 minutes through the Icon mall or about 15 minutes along a side street. That said, the Icon Mall is a the best alternative for reaching the beach, with clean shower facilities and plenty of restaurant options.

Pros:

The staff are lovely and very helpful. We were able to check in early. The pool area is beautiful and you can tell a great deal of care goes into maintaining the garden. I also appreciated the supply of filtered water in the room which is topped up daily.

Cons:

I found the lights in the room very white and bright, like at a dentist - I would suggest using warmer globes. There was also a very strong smell of artificial fragrance which I don’t think is necessary.

I felt lucky to have found such a beautiful place and lovely staff .

It was extremely welcoming in every aspect. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful.
Perfectly clean and beautiful room.
I recommend the new little cafe at the front too. Best smoothies 😁

Clean, great location, fabulous staff!
Pros:

Our second time staying at Sanur House. We love the serenity and quaintness of Sanur house. The location is great too.
Ketut the groundsman, cleaner is a little gem! Shout out to him! Always happy smiling and willing to help.

Cons:

The only thing we found uncomfortable this time were the pillows. They were hard and big. Have had softer pillows in other places around Bali and makes a huge difference to your sleep.

A haven of tranquility
Pros:

The bungalow was very clean with comfy bed.
The breakfast was delicious with a variety of things to choose from. They made us a delicious take away breakfast as our flight was too early for the sit down breakfast.

Cute and cosy, would choose again to stay in Sanur
Pros:

It’s a very cute one and cosy! Nice and clean which is very important for me, everything was there what I needed and staff made a great impact to make my stay amazing!!

Cons:

Smoking is allowed on the balconies and my neighbour was smoking just next door which was annoying. He was trying to move a bit when I’ve asked him but still with the wind the smell gets a bit into the room :(

Clean, friendly staff
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Location is a little bit off the Main Street. From the map, it seems that you can just walk across the main road to get to the beach. But the hotels on the beach side apparently own the walkways so you can’t go through. You have to enter through the Icon mall or the other end of town. In case going to the beach everyday is a priority to you. But, either end is not too far from the hotel. Maybe a 12 minute walk each way.

Breakfast area by the pool is cute. Front desk lent me her phone charger because I left mine at the previous hotel. Very nice of her.

Cons:

Not close to the beach, walking-ise. Room is dark, even with all lights on and curtains opened.
