Pros:

The morning staff where very supportive and helpful. I have dealt with them both in the past and this was consistant.

Good location for airport departures
Pros:

Location near to the airport was great, as was the courier service from ORT Vista to the departure halls. The staff even offer to take you to the airport to buy food for the evening.

Cons:

The accommodation was a bit dated and needs a good spruce up.
