Pros:

One down point my bed was absolutely terrible could not get a good night's sleep, not only was the mattress uncomfortable in the extreme but it overlapped the base unit on both sides, the base unit obviously for a smaller mattress.

Cons:

Everything else was good except the Saturday night entertainment was for some reason pretty non existent the night you would expect good entertainment was a disappointment to all I spoke too

Pros:

The location.. central was perfect and straight on the seafront.2 lovely ladies on reception who were very helpful. The meals were lovely and served very efficiently especially by Esther and Stacey who really looked after me and my mum every mealtime..these ladies work so hard and you can tell by other guests they are very much appreciated and go the extra mile for people.Clean bedding and towels changed every day.

Cons:

The only thing which was hard for us were the stairs which were hard for mum, even tho there is a lift we were on the 2nd floor which meant there were still a few to go down and back up to get to our room..If we booked again id have to see if we could book a downstairs room. The floor was also on a slant which was a bit unsafe for mum(room 22- red side) there was no hot water a couple of mornings for the shower but I suppose thats to be expected a place that big and everyone using at the same time.It didnt look as nice as shown online the rooms did look a lot more spacious but maybe that was just the family rooms. We would definitely book again whether it was myself or with mum if we could guarantee a certain room because if her mobility.

Nightmare stay!
Pros:

Handy for buses & trams, large, clean comfortable room

Cons:

We booked a sea view room,we got a room with no view,I mean no sight of the outside which was hell,we couldn't sleep,no empty rooms available as it was probably the busiest weekend of the year, the property say it was changed some months ago,by whom & why were we not told!
Not happy!

Be back again soon.
Pros:

Just back from staying a week, the (flagship deal) is brilliant. From breakfast through to dinner at night the meals were enjoyable, From management, to staff booking you in for your stay and making sure you are welcomed, bar staff, dining room staff, and not forgetting the housekeeping staff who made sure your room was kept in top form. We always stay in a Premier room which is well worth the wee bit extra. Julie Oneil.
