Worse place I’ve ever stayed
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Rooms was dirty especially round the shower
The beds sheets had wee stain on

Not recommended for people in wheel chairs or with prams
Overpriced rooms plus you don’t get what you booked for
Milk was out of date
Just not recommended staff didn’t help at all with the problem I had with going to the other side of the building top floor with a pram when lift wasn’t working

Pros:

Don't Go If Disabled!
Stairs to lift.
Bathroom stunk of smoke
Poo on the sheets.

Cons:

I'm disabled and use a walker. I have a broken pelvis and arthritic hips and pelvis. I only booked here because of the lift. I wouldn't have gone if I had known there are stairs to the lift. I fell on the stairs.
The bathroom was really tiny and reeked of smoke. I have severe asthma and couldn't breathe. The single room was extremely hot and I couldn't leave the window open because the staff were smoking outside my window!
The bed linen hadn't been changed. There was POO on the SHEETS. I wasn't allowed to move rooms. Don't go, it's filthy and disgusting. If you have a disability, don't go. You have about 8 to 20 stairs to the lift.
The carpet was dirty.
The bed was making me itch
The pillow was useless and had burst. It was just like a cheap poundland foam.
