Pros:

I stayed here and the place was very disappointing. I have been to Sosua many times and this is a place I would not recommend. This is a owner operated apartment and not apart of Hotel Europa. Hotel Europa is across the street from this complex. It had roaches and ants everywhere. The AC doesn't work and more importantly the safe doesn't work. No Iron in the room, which I was told there is before I got there. The can't sit in the living room with any guests because it gets way too hot. I never leave bad reviews but I don't want anyone to be surprised as I was. The price is low for a reason!

The internal surroundings of the hotel apartment was kept very clean and the swimming pool was also clean all through my stay

Pros:

This apartment was reserved for three adults, but when we got there we were told the “extra” adult (3rd person) had to pay an extra $5.00.
The original price for the reservation was $21.00, but somehow (which I did not check when I initially got the confirmation) we ended up paying $29.00.

The pool didn’t look clean.

The location of the apartment is in an area with a lot of prostitution.

I would not recommend this place to anyone.
