Bella struttura. A parte la reception e un paio di camerieri, gli altri scortesi. Il frigorifero in camera non funzionava. Colazione buona ma limitata. SPA accettabile. Un po’ caro. Grazie allo sconto di Expedia ce lo siamo potuto permettere.

Ho trovato una stanza in offerta in questa struttura che conoscevo già in passato .la stanza che mi è stata data era molto bella era presente un ampio balcone . Nella stanza c'era un televisore di nuova generazione e molto grande . Ho apprezzato la pulizia della camera e la comodità con cui ho potuto riposare.

Nice rooms, a little dated but all functional and well appointed. A little confusing to find because its mostly labelled Milano Hotel, but check in and parking are across the road with the main hotel area. Lovely staff were very helpful once we found our way. Dinner was magnificent and excellent service.

Pros:

Una perla tra le.montagna di castione della presolana. Hotel moderno dotato di tre strutture. Accoglienza positivissima da personale sempre gentile e sempre con il sorriso. Camera bellissima ampia, pulita e dotata di tutti gli accessori che ci si aspetta trovare. Colazione ricchissima e molto buona, percorso spa molto bello, vasca grande un pochino fredda come acqua ma credo dovuto alla tipologia di trattamento, saune piccolina me molto confortevoli e mai piene. Ottima struttura ottimo personale ci tornerò sicuramente.

Regalo di compleanno per il mio fidanzato. Albergo bellissimo con personale veramente gentile. Dotato di spa e ristorante. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Essenziale ma piacevole
Pros:

Hotel essenziale ma piacevole. Arredamento un po' datato anche se abbastanza ben mantenuto. Essendo legato all'hotel Milano(attraversando la strada) si può goderne dei servizi (Spa e intrattenimento bimbi) e della ricca colazione.prezzi in linea con la qualità offerta

La struttura principale è bella e ha diversi spazi interessanti: la SPA, il giardino, l'enoteca. Il vero problema è la struttura dell'hotel active, che è datata è abbastanza sporca. Se tornassi soggiornerei nel 4 stelle.

Schönes Hotel für Erholung und Skifahren

Das Zimmer war sehr schön,hatten die Alpensuite gebucht.Es war etwas staubig,was aber vielleicht auch an der Bauweise des Zimmers liegt.Sonst war alles super was das Zimmer betrifft.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit,nur beim Frühstück der Service war eher unfreundlich und auch nicht wirklich aufmerksam.Ausserdem sollte auf Nachfrage heutzutage problemlos Gluten freies Brot verfügbar sein!Stattdessen bekam ich vom Frühstückskellner die unfreundliche Antwort "es gibt nur das" und deutete auf 2 Säckchen Müsli und 3 Reiswaffeln.
