If you must go to Shiyan, thus is the place to stay!
Pros:

The room was very comfortable. Great over all design, swimming pool, excellent breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

The view is so so, but it didn’t matter much. Communicating in English was pretty hard.

Disappointing and we had to argue not to pay for the lounge.

We booked room with lounge access.
Lounge did not exist and they tried telling us that we had buffet dinner instead, which was not acceptable.
They should not have given options of lounge considering it’s being refurbished. This was the reason for booking the hotel.
Hotel was below par and not well kept.

Pros:

The parking is free.

Cons:

The hotel charged me more money than the amount I booked! When I called them and asked them to check, they called me back and did not admit the mistakes. Terribly, they did not ask me to show the booking and let me contact with the booking.com! Obviously, this is very unprofessional! My good mood in the Lunar New Year. This is very unprofessional! After I contacted with Booking.com, they finally admitted the mistakes one week later but still do not give an official & formal apology! Besides, I do not think my room was clean.

這次旅程選擇希爾頓飯店是正確的，地點方便、房間設施完備現代化，早餐豐盛、新穎、舒適的飯店，完善的管理，在十堰這個城市可以說數一數二的，我絕對推薦你在這裡住上一個晚上，才出發前往武當山。

Pros:

酒店很新，服務有禮，有問題熱心幫助，房間整潔，打掃的服務員非常細心，把我們在梳洗台上的雜物統統擺放整齊，還用毛巾墊底，用早餐的餐廳環境很舒適，食物也豐富，唯一美中不足的是抽風系統不太好，有待改善。地點也好，酒店出門向左步行10-15分鐘左右就是萬達廣場，吃喝玩的都有。很好的體驗，再去十堰的話肯定再入住。

Pros:

こちらは新しいようで、部屋の作りもモダンで清潔で快適でした。中国なのにスタッフの方々も親切で朝食も種類が豊富で美味しかった。プールもあって、武当山の前日に泊まるのには十分でした。
