The hotel had an excellent rating on Booking.com and that's why I chose it along with the location. The clerk put my sister and I on the top floor which was nice and quiet.
The clerk asked me if I wanted the room cleaned and I said yes. He failed to mention the hotel policy was every other day so we had to call down for towels. When we returned the second day when the room should have been cleaned, the room was not done. The clerk's response was housekeeping went by and we still had our no disturb sign on. When my sister and I had left the beginning of the day, we took the sign off and housekeeping was working on the room next door so his response didn't make sense to me. Three night stay and never had our room cleaned. Overflowing garbage, towels shoved in the corner of the bathroom, having to get my own cups so I could drink water at night. That was very disappointing to me. I don't live like that at home and certainly don't want to pay a decent amount to live like that in a hotel.
Internet didn’t work, pool had a black residue my kids got out covered in a black film. I was charged for things not done to my acct went to the front desk 4 times still waiting’s
Lack of help with issues
The hot tub was the only reason I chose Fairfield Inn
Everything else. The hotel itself is outdated, and this was confirmed by the concierge himself. The heater in the pool was broke. The beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable, the breakfast was so-so, and the options for live streaming on the tv were either Netflix or youtube. If a customer pays for other livestreams, it should be an option to cast onto Fairfields internet. I was VERY VERY disappointed in this hotel stay, and we take a little staycation to nearby hotels AT LEAST 6 times a year, and this hotel was BY FAR, one of the worst!

We did not get any sleep due to outside door (beside our room) being open and slammed shut all night. Miserable night.
Room was clean and well decorated and breakfast had good variety. Bed wasn’t very comfortable and pool area was quite small and was very crowded at times.
Staff was kind. Room was beautiful. Breakfast was impressive!
