So so…
Pros:

Amnities: pool basketball court and wall climbing

It was wonderful stay inspite of disappointment on one room

I booked two rooms. The 1103 room was ok . No problem. But the 1102 room where I accommodated two friends had a problem with maintenance . There was no water heater and the shower room got flooded as it had problems with drainage . And the shower room
Had no elevated divider to retain water inside shower room so water flooded the comfort room . It was reported to receptionist so that next guest will have no problem.

Pros:

Die Aussicht war schön. Alles andere war ecklig.

Cons:

Das Personal war extrem unfähig. Frühstück und Nachtessen völlig überteuert. Von 12 Weinen zur Auswahl waren nur zwei verfügbar und man musste alles fünfmal sagen bevor das Personal einen Finger rührte. Auf einen Kaffee muss man beim Frühstücksbuffet gut 40 Minuten warten, unglaublich.
Das Zimmer war dreckig. Sie Waschbecken.
Beim Pool hat es nicht einmal Liegestühle.
Das Personal hat die Beschwerde aufgenommen und versprach, dass sich der Manager melden würde. Bis heute hat sich niemand gemeldet, aber das war ja klar. So laufen die Dinge auf den Philippinen.

Pros:

The location, the view, the space of rooms and the fooooooood! Super love the food especially the bfast.

Cons:

Check in time is too late. It was 3pm, which was really late compared to other hotels. Check out time is acceptable to 11am. But it would be better to make the check in time even by 1pm or 2pm.

We enjoyed our stay, but the things mentioned above need to be addressed.
Pros:

- Nice location
- Friendly staff
- Breakfast was good

Cons:

- The kids pool was out of service and should be fixed as soon as possible.
- During breakfast it was not allowed to sit outside on the balcony. This should be allowed.
- The fridge in the restaurant was broken, so there were no cold drinks.

I will go back for the comfortable stay, beautiful location.
Pros:

Beautiful location. I like the food of the itaian restaurant.

Cons:

Staff doesn’t quite embody a service industry professional presence. Maybe a little upskilling. It’s more of just a neighborhood feels type of services. Food in buffet is just normal. Cost not commensurate to services. They aced the amentities and facilities though.
