1-night stay on a tour of the country. Great hotel, great staff, all perfect.
Pros:

Lovely comfortable and spacious room in a very nice hotel. Naarden is quite small so the hotel was close to everything - bar, restaurants etc. The staff on arrival were really friendly and we sat over the road enjoying a beer. Would highly recommend it as a place to stay in Naarden.

A great place to stay.
Pros:

Stayed there two years ago and definitely had to stay there again. Fantastic breakfast, fantastic location, friendly staff.

Cons:

We love fresh air but the bedroom windows were sealed, and we had to have the air conditioner running 24/7 to keep the air circulating.

Heerlijk verblijf in een prachtig stadje!
Pros:

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Ruime kamers, fijne bedden, aardig en behulpzaam personeel, lekker en compleet ontbijt.

Cons:

Het verblijf was fantastisch. Kan eigenlijk niks negatiefs zeggen hierover.
Als ik dan toch iets zou moeten noemen (zie het als opbouwende kritiek)...

Douche schermen in de badkamer zijn niet heel practisch, want water loopt er snel onderdoor.

Kamer was ook wat donker.

We misten een grote pas-spiegel in de kamer.

Prachtige locatie
Pros:

Het historische pand midden in de vestiging is geweldig. Heel de omgeving ademend geschiedenis.

Wat wij erg leuk vonden was het enthousiaste, jonge personeel. Het verliep soms een beetje stuntelig, maar dat had juist zijn charme.

Prima gegeten, zowel diner als ontbijt. Heerlijke biertjes op de tap!

Kamer was eenvoudig, maar prima voor een weekend. Bed was heerlijk en groot. Kamers zijn voorzien van airconditioning. Dat was geen overbodige luxe met 30 graden...

Cons:

Het jonge, soms stuntelige personeel vonden wij juist leuk. Alleen merkten wij tijdens ons verblijf dat niet iedereen daar gecharmeerd van was. Ik denk dat dit wel een aandachtspunt is als je een groter publiek tevreden wilt houden.

The location is second to none. It’s on a very charming street in the middle of the city. The hotel is minimal and elegant with Aesop bath products.

This is our second time staying here and some of the facilities look clearly dated and in need of some brushing up. The “shower toilet” didn’t function and the WiFi in the room didn’t connect.

I soldi peggio spesi nei Paesi Bassi
Pros:

La posizione dell'albergo e l'ottimizzazione degli spazi nella camera. Però abbiamo dormito in due in una familiare. Avevo intuito che le altre stanze erano minuscole.

Cons:

Sebbene il design delle camere sia funzionale e simpatico, serve una rinfrescata ad arredi e pareti. Si vedono muffa e segni ovunque sui muri. Il giardinetto è pieno di cartacce e le poltroncine da esterno sono visibilmente sporche. Le erbacce andrebbero estirpate, altrimenti sembra una giungla. Non basta pulire il bagno e rifare il letto per garantire la pulizia. Il corridoio che va verso le camere puzza di formaggio e di cibo ammuffito. Credo ci sia il magazzino della cucina o qualcosa di similie. I pavimenti sono unti e percepisci un cattivo odore fastidiosissimo. Questo il commento sulle stanze, che tutto sommato potrebbero anche essere passibili, visto il design originale e pratico.
La vera tragedia è il ristorante. Il servizio è pessimo, gestito da ragazzini sempre diversi che si alternano. Ordini dei ravioli e ti arriva carne di maiale. Chiedi un succo d'arancia a colazione e dimenticano il tuo ordine. Ti siedi fuori per una birra e aspetti venti minuti prima che si accorgano di te e sparecchino. Il tavolo l'ho pulito io con un fazzoletto. A cena i tuoi abiti restano intrisi dell'odore di fritto e carne grigliata, perché la cucina è a vista e senza impianto di ventilazione. Non pensavo di poter mangiare una bistecca di tonno cotta peggio in un posto non lontano dal mare. I contorni erano bruciacchiati. La colazione era sì abbondante, ma non dovresti pagarla circa 20 euro se non è a buffet e ti illudono che stai mangiando bene con una cesta di croissant e simili.
Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero inadeguato. È un B&B mal gestito.
Inoltre a Naarden è praticamente impossibile visitare chiesa e municipio perché ci sono sempre eventi privati. Sono stata cacciata in malo modo da una chiesa, un'esperienza da dimenticare. Il museo di Comenio è aperto solo il pomeriggio. Quindi la posizione ottimale del Vesting hotel è quasi inutile.

we mochten onze fietsen in de binnentuin zetten!! ontbijt was goed lekkere broodjes en voldoende! jus d'orange ontbrak

het jonge personeel zou wat meer enthousiasme mogen uitstralen bij het inchecken en de bediening op het terras. De indruk werd gewekt dat het ze allemaal wat te veel vonden en liever op de telefoon zaten.
Daar in tegen was de dame die het ontbijt verzorgde top!!
