excellent place to stay
I had a wonderful stay at The Willows Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay.
The hotel offers excellent value for money, with comfortable accommodation, a pleasant atmosphere, and great facilities. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness throughout the property and the attention to detail from the team. The food was also delicious, with a good variety of options and generous portions.

Could do with more milk for tea and coffee but to be honest, what do people expect? Everything was how it was described.
No view? So what, it was a cheap stay, could sleep with the window open on a hot day and not worry

Shower head didn't look clean. Shower door was broken and window opened out to plaster board! The floorboards were very uneven

It's a basic hotel which met my realistic expectations. My room was small and had a view of a wall, but it was clean. TV channels were limited but Wi-Fi was good enough to support phone streaming. The best part was the location, just off the esplanade in the Kemptown neighbourhood. The price was fair for what was provided.
As is often the case, a bit of attention to some of the details would make a stay feel just that little bit nicer.

Locality to the seafront
The reception staff , very rude asking another thirty pounds for the room key . This is not a hotel it’s only beds with no hotel food , service or facilities . I’m awaiting my refund
