I was very happy for the room and price I paid the manager was lovely and polite helpful I had a lovely sleep thanku

DO NOT STAY HERE!

I am disappointed as I paid £189 for a room of 2 beds and it was tiny, not only that the room was dirty, we had sticky bed sheets, dust all over the room (one of the people staying is allergic to dust) it was not a pleasant stay at all, tea stains on the side mould looking on the curtains, we didn’t have a tv control and never found one that worked, the fan was covered in dust, the people coming in that was also staying there was never told to be silent and had us awake 1:30am-3:30/4:30 am that is outrageous! The windows were all dirty and the floor was sticky! And I had a poo looking stain on the ceiling above my bed!

Tried to file a complaint and every I spoke to ended the phone or rudely and useless
I have more photos but can’t upload them!
