My fifth time and I guess it would be the last one, very disappointed.
Pros:

Location is good, nearby the city center.

Cons:

Air conditioning/heating does not work in the room, the hotel does not have another room like this. They refused to give any discount despite the bad accommodation.
Breakfast is poor.

Pros:

het ontbijt is prima alles is er wat je moet hebben, het personeel is behulpzaam top, onze badkamer was wat klein maar alles was er en het was proper top meer moet het niet zijn.

Cons:

het enige min puntje is dat het wat naar de luidruchtig kant is; maar anders is er geen puntje van kritiek.

Since I travel quite a bit for work, I’m used to all sorts of things, and I’ve generally never had any bad experiences at the hotels where I stay—until now.
The front desk staff was cold, unfriendly, and almost haughty.
The biggest problem was that I wanted to park in the parking lot behind the hotel, where I usually do—since this wasn’t my first time here— but the ramp wouldn’t go up, so I had to leave the car almost on the street just to check in. Then, after checking in and PAYING for the service, I was shocked to learn that I couldn’t park the car in the back because supposedly all the spaces were taken—even though there was still room for one or more cars—and that I was supposed to park the car somewhere on the street. (If they had told me earlier that there were no available parking spaces, I wouldn’t have paid for the service and would have gone elsewhere.)
As a foreigner with foreign license plates, this was unimaginable and totally unacceptable to me, since in the event of damage or theft of the vehicle, I didn’t want the added stress that awaited me the next day during the meetings I had scheduled with business partners.
This was probably my last stay at this hotel, and any apology means nothing to me, since the damage has already been done; in the future, I’ll choose hotels where they won’t raise my blood pressure or cause me unnecessary stress.

Perfekt !
Pros:

Bei der Ankunft im Foyer überraschte uns ein sehr angenehmer Duft von Frische und ebenso erfrischend freundliches Personal. Und so bestätigte sich der erste Eindruck fortlaufend in sämtlichen Details. Sauberkeit, Bequemlichkeit und ein sagenhaftes Frühstück. Selten so eine perfekte Unterkunft erlebt! Danke
