The only hotel in Tulum i would come back to!
Pros:

The personnel is amazing! The restaurant serves the best food in whole Tulum!! In the night you can see turtles on the beach.

the road here is not the best, but no problem

Las vistas en O'Tulum son hermosas, el hotel en general es lindo y Nuria es muy amable

Cons:

Hace falta mantenimiento y detalles, las instalaciones están bastante deterioradas, el piso de la habitación estaba muy sucio y olía a humedad, no cuenta con servicio de restaurante o al menos no abrió ninguno de los dos dias que estuvimos ahí, no hay personal por ninguna parte y habia gente trabajando, el aire no funcionaba aunque le dieron solución al sía siguiente

Gut gefallen hat uns lediglich, dass man direkt vom Hotelzimmer aus Zugang zum Pool hatte und zusätzlich direkt im großen Pool schwimmen konnte. Das war der einzige positive Punkt unseres Aufenthalts.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass die gesamte Anlage sehr veraltet wirkte und vieles nicht gepflegt wurde. Das betraf unter anderem die Liegen am Strand, die Fliesen im Zimmer, Fenster und Türen sowie die Gehwege. Insgesamt machte das Hotel leider keinen gut instand gehaltenen Eindruck.

La dame de l’accueil était hyper sympa

Les photos sont trompeuses et il faudrai faire de gros travaux de rénovations car cela ne correspond pas à 100% aux photos. Établissement très vétuste avec un gros potentiel

Ansich ist das Hotel sehr schön, aber alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und müsste mal dringend Instand gesetzt werden. K
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Aufteilung der kleinen Anlage mit den Pools sehr schön. Zimmergrösse und Betten waren sehr gut. Hatten die Mastersuite.

Cons:

Zu weit draußen, Straße dort hin Katastrophe leider. Der Strand ist nicht wirklich nutzbar, auch alles voller Algen und Steine. Zimmer und Anlage sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstück kann man das auch nicht wirklich nehmen. Toast, Marmelade, Kaffee, kl. Obstschale.

Bien aujourd'hui, a du etre magnifique il y a 15 ans
Pros:

L hotel a du etre vraiment magnifique ...il y a 10 ou 15 ans , malheureusement le temps ne l a pas arranger et un manque d entretien flagrant donne un aspect vetuste a cet établissement
La chambre est tres correcte , la literie confortable, les équipements présents ( cafetière, frigo ,TV sèche cheveux ect...)
Le personnel tres sympa
C est calme et proche de la plage

Cons:

La vétusté de l hotel en général
L emplacement, c est assez loin de tulum et la route ( piste en terre) est longue et en mauvais état, ca rend chaque deplacement de l hotel désagréable ( comptez au moins 20 a 30 min pour arriver sur la route principale, donc 45 min de tulum

Pros:

Hotel délabré, pas de plage, que des rochers, loin de tout avec route d'accès horrible. Vacances balnéaire impossible. Très déçu, ne mérite pas d'être sur Booking.

Cons:

Hotel délabré, cuisine quelconque, petit déjeuné très basique. Un hôtel au centre loin des plages est à privilégier, car de toute manière il faut rouler environ 40 minutes pour accéder à des plages baignable. Je me suis senti arnaqué, et le personnel n'entends rien. Ils nous prennent pour des pigeons.

La vista del hotel es increíble, tal cual cual como se ven en las fotos a pesar que había sargazo.

Cons:

De la habitación no me gusta que no estaba muy limpio y el.baño.tampoco, creo que deben de darle mas mantenimiento y luceria impecable.

Great staff large bathtub. Private plunge pool but room a little worn
Pros:

Friendly staff. Very accommodating. Nice place to have a cup of coffee and fruit. Great price for location AC worked great. Shower ok

Cons:

The location was on the rough part of the bay.
The room was quite worn down
Only one road in and out which is quite rough.
Only one of these can be actually fixed. But would be nice with a little upgrade
Not set up for handicap or disabled folks
