Beautiful beachfront stay — totally worth it
Pros:

We stayed in a second-floor beachfront apartment and the view is honestly stunning. Waking up and seeing that crystal-clear water every morning is something special.

The apartment itself is a bit dated, and in the bathroom there are some small ants (nothing major, just something to be aware of). On the plus side, there’s a huge fridge, which is perfect if you like keeping fresh fruit and snacks at home.

The balcony was ideal for our breakfasts and dinners with a view, and housekeeping was great — the apartment is cleaned daily, towels are changed every 2 days, and bed sheets every 3.

Downstairs there’s one of the best restaurants on the island, with super friendly and welcoming staff — definitely a big plus.

If you’re not into crowds, this is the perfect area. Located in Station 3, it has a more relaxed, cool vibe without too much noise.

Cons:

The only small downside: early in the morning (around 5:30am), there’s a guy passing by shouting to sell something, which can be a bit annoying.

Other than that, 100% worth it.

Pros:

We had the studio apartment in a separate building. It was large, good AC, comfy bed, good kitchen, smallish fridge but it was fine. Quiet end of the beach, even quieter at the apartment (the odd dog and rooster but nothing major). Room was cleaned daily and the outside balcony is quite large with a table and chairs. The bar/restaurant was very good.

Cons:

We found the Wi-fi slow.
Also we feel there could have been more beach chairs.

Pros:

We booked for 2 nights, then book 2 more. In the quieter area station3 .. which we prefer. We did walk down to station 2 but very busy. Food was lovely and free sunbeds. Lovely beach .. just perfect

Traumplatz am Strand
Pros:

Im ruhigen, südlichen Teil des White Beach Boracay gelegen, mit einem super, netten Team, freundliches Personal und ganztägig, wahnsinnig, toller Küche (evtl Reservierung für Abends am Wochenende empfehlenswert)
Haus liegt direkt am Strand und ist von der Straße ca. 3 Fußminuten entfernt.

Die Rezeption ist ganztägig besetzt und auch per WhatsApp & Mail sehr gut erreichbar.

Die Besitzer haben Wurzeln in Österreich, es kommen deshalb viele deutschsprachige Gäste hierher.

Wer einen ruhigen Platz auf einer sehr beliebten, belebten Insel sucht, gutes Essen liebt und familiäre Atmosphäre mag, ist hier genau richtig.

Die Palmen sind ein großartiger Schattenspender (keine Angst, die Nüsse werden regelmäßig vorab geerntet)

Wir sind als Familie zu 4 gereist und hatten das Side Sea View Family Room (eigentlich für 4) und sowie ein Gartenzimmer (für 2) direkt am Strand. Somit hatten wir ausreichend Platz für uns. Beim nächsten Mal kommen wir gerne wieder!

Cons:

Das Ausgabesystem der Liegen kann noch verbessert werden. Es gilt: wer zuerst kommt, mahlt zuerst. Liegen können den ganzen Tag okkupiert werden, auch wenn sie dann stundenlang nicht benutzt sind. Das ist etwas schade.

Vielleicht kann man das System umstellen und die Liegen nur für die Nutzungsdauer besetzen. Also das keine Ganztagesbelegungenmehr möglich sind.

Direkte Strandlage und deutsche Kneipenatmosphäre im Crossover.
Pros:

Lage wie beschrieben. Der Restaurantbereich hat einen ehrliches Kneipencharakter. Im Restaurant haben wir durchweg gut gegessen, Fleischesser werden sich freuen. Das Zimmer bietet eine gute Klimaanlage, moderne Duschanlage und einen guten Kühlschrank. Die Veranda wird vielerseits als Wohnzimmer genutzt.
Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Mobiliar nicht nach meinem persönlichen Geschmack.
Wir waren etwas überrascht wie viel deutsch gesprochen wurde und hätten uns persönlich etwas mehr Urlaub in der Ferne Vibe gewünscht.

Pros:

Хорошая локация , пляж рядом , в апартаментах тихо и спокойно.

Cons:

Кастрюля дырявая , сковородка не греется на индукционной панели, а я лично люблю готовить себе глазунью на завтрак . Зачем бесполезный набор посуды не понимаю

Pros:

The apartment was bigger than I expected and the shower room too. It's very close to a store, which was handy to pop in to get a few bits like drinks or snacks. Highly recommend.

Cons:

The TV doesn't work properly, the screen is a bit busted but it didn't bother me as we used my tablet to watch stuff anyway.
