All good & very comfortable, Staff very helpful & efficient
Pros:

We are Birdwarchers & the location is very good for us.
Easy access to Tambunan, obviously own transport is essential.

Cons:

I stay in room 707. Can't watch tv, i think because the plug is broken. There's 2 plug in the room but both not working. When i informed the staff they did not do anything about it. Just giving me a smile and said wait till morning. Not even compensation for the inconvenient. There is no functioning socket on the room, cant charge my phone. Felt very dissapointed. As customer, apa yang kami bayar, itu la ba yang patut kami dapat kann.

Very disappointing - I expect MUCH BETTER at this price!
Pros:

Location was okay, quiet & well away from traffic. "Cabin" was a nice orange colour. Not much else positive to say about it.

Cons:

This is little more than a glorified campsite. They say there is a cafe - not true (possibly one in peak season - but not in November). No mirror in the bathroom (the only one is on a wardrobe door furthest from the bathroom). Shower is luke-warm at best. The cabin is a converted cargo container - a.k.a. a metal oven. Big gap under the door. Bed okay, but pillows are like rocks. WiFi very unreliable - weak signal that kept going off. POOR VALUE FOR THE MONEY. Not much option in Tambunan - that's how they continue to get away with it.

Pros:

I used this place as a low cost base for birding the Mt Crocker range with my kids. The room was quite basic, but clean and comfortable with AC, TV, kettle etc. Food can be found a 5 min drive away in the town. And its only a short drive to Gunung Alab or Trusmadi for the birds...

Bed for the night
Pros:

Location is quiet
Room was big
Able to use the kitchen to cut fruit for our upcoming trip.

Cons:

We were woken up at midnight by a group of rowdy people in the hallway who appeared to be travellers (they had bags and a case) but entered the staff room). The noise continued to over an hour. We tried calling the two numbers provided (security and after hours) but one was disconnected and the other went to voicemail).
We had paid a deposit of RM50 for the room but we’re not given a receipt for this. When I asked for a receipt I was told I didn’t need one, and this ended up being correct because we got the RM50 back when we checked out, but it did make me nervous as there was no proof the cash had ever been paid.

Need to grab it fast for cheaper price
Pros:

Clean and tidy

Cons:

The shower heater needs to be fixed. The water pressure is too weak and not hot enough. Need to wait the guests next door finish their shower first before we can get the water to shower. It is noticeable because the wall is not soundproof.

It was Okey. Location are strategic.
Pros:

It had so many channels on the TV, which is good.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
Room can be change with some additional cash to top up, which is fine.

Cons:

The shower heater it’s not hot enough and there’s a previous customer clothes left inside the cupboard which is not remove. I don’t know if they do cleaning the bedsheet as well when the previous customers left.
