Das kleine Becken auf der Terrasse mit Markise war toll. Die Klimaanlage war so montiert, dass man sie auch in der Nacht laufen lassen konnte, da sie vom Bett weg blies.
Kommunikation mit dem Personal selbst mit Übersetzer sehr schwierig. Reinigungspersonal lies jedesmal das Becken auf der Terrasse aus- zum Füllen brauchte man aber 3 Stunden- somit konnte man es oft nicht nutzen, wenn man es wollte. Man bekam täglich nur etwas WC Papier- viel zu wenig. Keine Möglichkeit sich im Hotel etwas zu Trinken zu kaufen. Keine Minibar/Kühlschrank im Zimmer.
No coffee or juice for breakfast, and more variety for breakfast would be better,no toast or even fried eggs were available.

It is a typical Chinese hotel, we don't like the toilet,

Staffs and hotel guests were being served with the same breakfast nevertheless eating in the adjacent rooms.
Decent enough accommodation, just had a weird vibe but decent to live in for a while.

The receptionist helped us book the tickets for the Panda's and fixed the beamer so that we could watch the Euros. Great service!

My room was lovely and very comfortable and cosy. I loved the projection on the wall for watching films.
They didn’t have my booking when I arrived and they would only accept cash or a direct payment from a bank account. No WeChat or Alipay connected with a credit card. The booking was meant to include breakfast but they do not have breakfast at the hotel.
