Great location to various pubs and restaurants. Staff are amazing.
No Air con. A little dated but probably to be expected due to the age of the building

We had a good size room due to the age of property no air con but a good fan that helped as it was hot . It was clean and comfortable tv and tea facilities good . The staff were lovely and food was very good .
Our vroom was overlooking beer garden which was a little noisy as we had to have the windows open as it was so hot due to weather. But it went quiet after the tap had closed . The loo wasn't the best of flushes . But we didn't say on any of these things as they were minor problems .
The room very dated sink in bedroom instead of in bathroom, but I must say the bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was 100%
We were told when we book in that the bar was 24/7 for residents but the night porter after he served our second drink told us that this was our last drink because he was to busy because he had lots of other thinks to do. The whole hotel could do with a complete refurbishment as carpets very worn bedrooms with sinks outside bathroom.

Let down by not having water in the room. How much does this cost the hotel, as we are forced to drink out of the taps with plastic cups. Please put a couple of glasses in each room with a bottle of water per person and the next score will be 10/10
