de ontvangst en het ontbijt en de accomedatie .

gewone fiets en geen elektrische , maar goed voor de conditie om het zeer goede ontbijt er af te rijden

Top Aufenthalt in familiärer Atmosphäre
Pros:

Die Gastgeberin und das Personal sind sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und daran interessiert, dass es den Gästen an nichts fehlt.
Der beheizte Pool ist sehr angenehm für eine Abkühlung nach dem Sonnenbaden auf der schönen Terrasse.
Das Frühstück ist sehr hervorzuheben, alles war frisch und es gab leckeres, selbstgebackenes Brot.
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, man ist fußläufig schnell im Stadtkern und am Strand.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse des patrons. Ils ont le cœur sur la main. Le petit déjeuner était incroyable, fait avec tous des produits locaux. Rien à dire sur la propreté. Tout était parfait.
Nous avons reçu des fleurs en chambre, l’attention a fait plaisir.

Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw,alles was echt aanwezig op de kamer,niks dat er niet was,gezellige,warm ingerichte kamers.De sauna,stoombad,zwembad,echt relaxen en vakantie gevoel.super lekker,uitgebreid ontbijt,met verse bio produkten,ze maken er hun werk van.Ook welkoms drankje bij aan komst.Alvast bedankt,wij hebben genoten.

Het was bijna perfect,spijtig dat bij het ontbijt te weinig info volgde,zodat ik zelf vroeg aan de man of we zelf er om moesten gaan?omdat we het niet wisten,om daarna te moeten horen dat we geen geduld hadden,we hadden zeker geduld,maar wisten niet wat we moesten doen,das echt het enige,waarvan we wel wat geschrokken waren.Anders kregen ze een dikke 10.

Heel vriendelijk ontvangen geweest. Een mooi hotel dichtbij het centrum.
De kamer was heel mooi. Alles was aanwezig. We hadden heel goed geslapen.. stille nachtrust, een heel goede matras met genoeg kussens aanwezig.
En het ontbijt was supergoed, met de heerlijke bioproducten..perfect om ons verblijf af te sluiten.
Wij komen zeker nog eens terug! ❤️💯

Что касается самого отеля: номер был хороший, кровати удобные, а завтрак действительно отличный. Однако у ванной комнаты есть особенность — душ не имеет непрозрачных перегородок, поэтому человек, принимающий душ, полностью виден другим людям в номере.

Cons:

При заселении хозяйка встретила нас довольно удивлённо, узнав, что мы все из Украины. Сначала это не показалось нам чем-то необычным.
Первые несостыковки возникли, когда мы уточнили, действительно ли мини-бар входит в стоимость проживания. Только с третьего раза хозяйка ответила, что «в целом да, бесплатно, но если вы выпьете всё, тогда придётся заплатить». Ответ был неясным, поэтому мымини-баром не пользовались.
Также мы хотели записаться на определённое время в сауну, но нам сказали, что это невозможно и нужно просто прийти за 15 минут. Для достаточно большого отеля это показалось неудобным. Позже мы договорились с другими гостями отеля присоединиться к ним. Однако в скором времени пришла хозяйка и в эмоциональной форме и на повышенных тонах попросила нас выйти. Затем она записала нас на время через час, но и спустя час воспользоваться сауной нам не позволили.
В целом у нас сложилось ощущение, что мы здесь скорее незваные гости, а не клиенты, оплатившие проживание по довольно высокой цене.
После инцидента с сауной одна из моих подруг оставила короткий негативный отзыв в Google. Вскоре после этого хозяйка без стука зашла в наш номер и потребовала сказать, находится ли человек с таким именем в нашем номере.
Утром нас ожидала ещё одна неприятная ситуация. Хозяйка пригласила нас на завтрак последними, вероятно, чтобы избежать присутствия других гостей, однако нам не позволили позавтракать и попросили всех вернуться в номер сейчас же за паспортами. Дальше она начала эмоционально высказывать своё недовольство нашим отзывом. Разговор проходил на повышенных тонах, с обвинениями в неблагодарности. В ходе этого разговора также прозвучали угрозы о том, что у нас могут возникнуть проблемы, поскольку её брат якобы является министром туризма Бельгии.Кроме того, она затронула темы, не имеющие отношения к проживанию в отеле: говорила о войне между Россией и Украиной, о налогах, которые она платит, и о том, что ей не нравится, что часть этих средств может идти на поддержку Украин
