Pros:

Что касается самого отеля: номер был хороший, кровати удобные, а завтрак действительно отличный. Однако у ванной комнаты есть особенность — душ не имеет непрозрачных перегородок, поэтому человек, принимающий душ, полностью виден другим людям в номере.

Cons:

При заселении хозяйка встретила нас довольно удивлённо, узнав, что мы все из Украины. Сначала это не показалось нам чем-то необычным.
Первые несостыковки возникли, когда мы уточнили, действительно ли мини-бар входит в стоимость проживания. Только с третьего раза хозяйка ответила, что «в целом да, бесплатно, но если вы выпьете всё, тогда придётся заплатить». Ответ был неясным, поэтому мымини-баром не пользовались.
Также мы хотели записаться на определённое время в сауну, но нам сказали, что это невозможно и нужно просто прийти за 15 минут. Для достаточно большого отеля это показалось неудобным. Позже мы договорились с другими гостями отеля присоединиться к ним. Однако в скором времени пришла хозяйка и в эмоциональной форме и на повышенных тонах попросила нас выйти. Затем она записала нас на время через час, но и спустя час воспользоваться сауной нам не позволили.
В целом у нас сложилось ощущение, что мы здесь скорее незваные гости, а не клиенты, оплатившие проживание по довольно высокой цене.
После инцидента с сауной одна из моих подруг оставила короткий негативный отзыв в Google. Вскоре после этого хозяйка без стука зашла в наш номер и потребовала сказать, находится ли человек с таким именем в нашем номере.
Утром нас ожидала ещё одна неприятная ситуация. Хозяйка пригласила нас на завтрак последними, вероятно, чтобы избежать присутствия других гостей, однако нам не позволили позавтракать и попросили всех вернуться в номер сейчас же за паспортами. Дальше она начала эмоционально высказывать своё недовольство нашим отзывом. Разговор проходил на повышенных тонах, с обвинениями в неблагодарности. В ходе этого разговора также прозвучали угрозы о том, что у нас могут возникнуть проблемы, поскольку её брат якобы является министром туризма Бельгии.Кроме того, она затронула темы, не имеющие отношения к проживанию в отеле: говорила о войне между Россией и Украиной, о налогах, которые она платит, и о том, что ей не нравится, что часть этих средств может идти на поддержку Украин

Fijn, warm en gastvrij hotel - zeker een aanrader!
Pros:

We hadden een geweldig verblijf in ABC Hotel. Bij aankomst werden we meteen hartelijk ontvangen door de zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame uitbaatster. Ze zorgde ervoor dat we ons meteen welkom voelden.
Elektrische wagen kon opgeladen worden in de garage van het hotel dus niet nodeloos zoeken achter een beschikbare laadpaal.
De bedden lagen heerlijk comfortabel, waardoor we fantastisch hebben geslapen.
Het ontbijt was superlekker, vers en uitgebreid met bediening — echt een topstart van de dag.
Kortom: een fijn, warm en gastvrij hotel dat we zeker aanraden!

Séjour exceptionnel du début à la fin ! Accueil chaleureux, chambre magnifique et parfaitement propre. Nous avons été touchés par les petites attentions quotidiennes (rose sur le lit, chocolats, boissons offertes), qui rendent l’expérience encore plus spéciale.
Le wellness est superbe et le cadre idéal pour se détendre. On se sent vraiment privilégié dans cet hôtel.
Un moment magique — nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Tout était parfait ! L'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel, la décoration de l'hôtel et de la chambre (les fleurs fraîches, quel plaisir),, les attentions multiples, la propreté, le petit déjeuner, le spa, et j'en passe. Vraiment exceptionnel ! Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

(Attention, si vous êtes habitués aux grosses chaînes hôtelières, vous risquez d'être désarmés par l'humanité de ce lieu et de son personnel, on se sent uniques avec l'impression d'être plutôt dans une "chambre d'hôte" plutôt que dans un hôtel impersonnel et c'est extrêmement agréable)

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Our 3-night stay at ABC was simply exceptional. The breakfast was delicious and the sheer abundance of choice was overwhelming. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. We used the wellness facilities (infrared, sauna and hammam) which was amazing after daily walks. The location of the hotel it also great, it’s very close to the beach and to the train and tram stations. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. We look forward to coming back!

heerlijk om tot rust te komen en wat te herbronnen

Alles was tip top vanaf het inchecken tot en met het ontbijt , de spa met zwembad lekker warm ook in deze koude dagen
zalig geslapen en dan het ontbijt ,alles met verse lokale producten ,heerlijk ,daar wordt een mens gelukkig van
