Ok stay- good views but hotel needs a lot of improvement

Beautiful view from rooms
Beds are very comfortable
Lunch/dinner from restaurant very tasty

Cons:

Check in was very slow and room wasn’t ready till about 4pm
Staff not hugely friendly
Rooms are not in good condition- need a lot of work
Shower terrible- not a shower, but standing in the bath with no covering
Overpriced for what it is

- The accommodation was very spacious and beautifully designed

- Shuttle bus to Patong

Cons:

- The hotel is located very high on a hill, which makes it difficult for taxis to reach
- There is almost nothing in the surrounding area, and it is quite far from the beaches
- It can be difficult to find a taxi/Bolt
- Breakfast was relatively expensive and not well replenished later on

The view was amazing and our own pool!

Cons:

The maintenance on the property should be updated. Things are not up to standard as the pictures shows at booking.com
Should try to fix and paint what is broken and clean the sides of the pool. Would not take much. Just maintain the property and it would be 5 star.

Hotel is uphill so nothing is reachable by walk...free shared shuttle service to kamala and patong is ending at 5pm...
Shower pressure is low in the bathroom.
