The view of the room was fabulous, the staff were very polite and helpful.
The place where its on the top of the mountain was a but far to go down or up by foot, so asking for a car to drop us down was a must, but not a big deal, the staff was really helpful on this situation.

The location was beautiful I loved being close enough to both towns ( Patong and Kamala ) all our grab drivers went up and down the hill with no problems , the staff were happy to take us up and down to 7-11 whenever we felt the need.
Now about our most memorable staff member ( all were amazing helpful kind and happy to help but this lady was beyond incredible) ***Cam - this lady went above and beyond from our happy hours by the public pool to our room service bbq banquet even helping with our special surprise guest Cam was a highlight of this resort and without her our stay would not have been the same. Our room was always clean with cute towel designs all the little things made it special .

The rooms are a bit old but all in all the place is beautiful
