One of the highlights of our stay was the private pool.
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Our room was on the second floor (823) and everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The room was very clean, and it was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated.
The staff were incredible—very friendly, helpful, and always making sure we had everything we needed.
One of the highlights of our stay was the private pool. We absolutely loved it! It was so relaxing to spend time there while enjoying the amazing view. A great touch is that you can order food directly to your room and enjoy lunch or dinner next to the pool.
You can also start your day with a floating breakfast in the pool while enjoying the beautiful view, which was a fantastic experience.
Everything was perfect and we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again.

Beautiful views, relaxing environment.
Pros:

The location was good. The view from our room was beautiful, the private pool on our balcony was a highlight. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom only had a shower head and hose in the bath which you had to hold, making it awkward and messy to use.

Breathtaking view
Pros:

The room was big and clean. The staff were lovely, kind, and helpful. Our room was beautifully decorated and cakes were great. The pool had amazing view and it was a great comfort to have our private pool.

Cons:

While everything was clean and nice, the furniture was old and wasn't well cared for. The pool definetly requires some maintenance as there were several tiles that were moving around.

Pros:

Vraiment le cadre avec chambre au 3eme étage piscine privative avec vu sur la mer, simplement incroyable.
Le service et le personnel très bien rien a redire. Baignoire avec vu sur la mer si on ouvre la porte de la chambre directement relié a la salle de bain. Vraiment un super cadre. Vraiment je conseil cette hôtel!

Cons:

peut être le seul bémol c'est qu'il est vraiment en haut d'une longue montée je ne conseil a personne d'y allez sans être véhiculé.
Aussi l'hôtel je pense est un peu vieux au niveau des murs du cadre de lit et joints de carreaux de la piscine aussi. Aussi la fonction jacuzzi de notre piscine ne fonctionnais pas malheureusement dommage. Le room service très belle présentation des assiettes après je ne pense pas que cela sois meilleur que si vous mangez sur Patong, très bien si vous avez la flemme de sortir.

Peaceful , beautiful resort with the kindest staff.
Pros:

Upon booking staff were very communicative and helpful prior to our arrival . We got there early and check in was allowed shortly after . All staff were helpful and friendly . The room was amazing with private pool with a breathtaking view , the breakfast and room service also tasty and reasonably priced .

Cons:

The only trade off is you need a grab or limited shuttle service to reach nearby resorts but we were not phased by this .

Un endroit superbe
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel Amala pour le cadre qu’il peut offrir à savoir une piscine privative à débordement avec une vue donnant sur la mer et la végétation, le soir c’est encore plus beau que la journée, le service Room, tout y est pour vous satisfaire sans bouger de la chambre, cet endroit permet une vraie coupure loin de l’agitation de la ville, nous avons apprécié egalement le système de navettes gratuites car vous êtes situés en hauteur

Cons:

La seule chose que nous pourrions dire c’est qu’un rafraîchissement des joints de carrelages des piscines donnerait encore plus de cachet à cet hôtel si magnifique

Mega toller Pool, gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal.

Cons:

Die Badewanne war etwas kompliziert als Dusche zu verwenden, das Bad war danach immer geflutet. Ansonsten alles super!
