Amazing views, quiet and relaxing.
Pros:

Views of the ocean from up in the hills were great, quiet location. Very large spacious rooms with our own lounge and dinning and our own private spacious pool, which was cool not warm. Meals from the restaurant were very good.

Cons:

Needs a lot of maintenance and as I stayed in the off season it would of been the time to do this maintenance, however, I saw no maintenance, painting inside and out, replacing broken tiles in the pools, cleaning up a lot of debris around the place. The shuttle bus could also do with new seats it was a very uncomfortable journey into Patong. There is no gym at this place, breakfast was ok.
