Pros:

Чудовий готель у самому центрі Одеси. Дуже сподобалося розташування - всі основні пам'ятки, кафе та ресторани знаходяться в пішій доступності. Номер був чистий, просторий і комфортний. Персонал привітний та завжди готовий допомогти. Окремо хочеться відзначити сніданок - дуже смачний, різноманітний і ситний, чудовий початок дня. Коли ми виселились, на ресепшені запропонували залишити речі, було дуже доречно так як, до відправлення нашого автобусу залишалося декілька годин Це дуже приємно❤️

Cons:

На рахунок укриття - це просто підвальний поверх, але це краще ніж нічого

Проживание было очень комфортным, и отель оставил приятные впечатления.
Pros:

Отель находится в отличном месте, прямо в центре города. Всё рядом: много интересных мест, музеев, парков и кафе в пешей доступности. Персонал очень приятный, обслуживание отличное, номера уютные и чистые.
Также была небольшая проблема с сейфом, но персонал быстро помог разобраться, как им пользоваться.

Cons:

Единственное, чего не хватало, — это халатов в номере.

Pros:

Як завжди, атмосферно, затишно, смачні сніданки, дуже чисто. Вдячні уважному і привітному персоналу! І, звісно, розташування- самісінький культурний центр міста, але тихо і до моря пішки всього 15 хвилин через парк.

Cons:

Немає нічого такого.

Вже не перший раз зупиняюсь в цьому готелі.
Дуже подобається сервіс, персонал (взагалі зірочки), комфорт и локація. Все виконується і вирішується оперативно

Все було чисто та охайно, персонал ввічливий та готовий допомогти, дозволили залишити речі після виселення

Cons:

Маленький мінус, це укриття. Воно є, тому не все так погано, але це просто підвальний поверх, а не повноцінне укриття. Кому це важливо, то зверніть увагу

Pros:

Перебували в готелі два дні, дуже все сподобалось. Номер був маленький, але комфортний. Тихо, не було чути інших жильців.
Ми вже виселились, але нам дозволили залишити речі на рецепції. А також взяти зонтики, бо був дощ. Це приємно🫶

Пересмотреть меню завтраков с учетом пожеланий гостей. Освежить балкончик ( имея в виду мебель)
Pros:

Прекрасное расположение- в самом центре города. Старинное здание с высокими потолками и лепниной , хрустальные люстры и светильники, современный футуристичный лифт! Очень понравились матрасы на кроватях и подушки, что очень не часто можно встретить в гостиницах.

Cons:

Из неудобств: отсутствие электрики в розетках вне номера и возможности погладить вещи в коридоре, завтрак оставляет желать лучшего ( овсяные хлопья вместо зерна в отелях такого уровня неожиданно ). Было бы не плохо освежить мебель на балконе( следы ржавчины можно удалить и подкрасить стол и стулья).

Отличный отель за свои деньги

Хорошее расположение, от вокзала идти 20 минут максимум )
