Pros:

Upon arrival , they couldn’t find my fully paid booking through Hotels.com. I showed them my confirmation email etc. I had to make a separate payment for the night. I intended to stay 5 nights , but left the following morning due to the sub par levels of service and facilities

Great price and location
Pros:

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. We stayed 2 nights and 3 days. Due to our schedule we were only able to get the ONE free meal on the last day, but the food was very good. The restaurant was very clean and boast beautiful Nigerian design. The hotel is next door to a nice size grocery store which was very convenient should you need anything. The hotel was secure and also has a taxi driver on shift which is also convenient. I must say the bathroom is the cleanest I've seen in Nigeria. The price was very affordable and the accommodations and service exceeds the monetary value.

Pros:

Breakfast only for one person, second person in room has to pay 1800 naira at least for breakfast. Charges for meals, food , drinks ,services not as advertised on menu/information , far more expensive, sometimes more than twice the price. Facilities not as advertised , for instance no nightclub, only music on some fridays!! Room requested not given even after being repeatedly promised, being told they would move me.
