The couple living in the next room kept arguing at night.

I know we booked last minute but the place is bulls**t, the photos you see are definitely not what you get. Ceiling is covered with moisture and the room stinks of it.
The bathroom looked like a prision's one.
Doors broken, humid bedsheets, dust.. everything was disgusting.
When we checked in the lady at the reception gave us one towel but we were two people so I asked if we could have another towel as we were two and she said no.
Super disappointing experince, don't book here, for the price you pay [even though is a low price] you can find something better.

Terrible property with mould on the walls, the “shower” was literally a bucket and a pot, floor was stick, bed linen smelly, no towels, toilet barely works, no toilet paper, mouldy aircon, etc etc etc

There is NO TOWELl in the rooms(WTH),so I had to humilate myself by calling out to room opposite after my shower, and they got towel from front desk. Thank God they were there as walking naked to the front desk is probably something no one wants to see.

The front desk thought it was funny. When I persevered why there is no towel in rooms, they said Oyo No towels,Oyo No towels.
Also, there is no soap for some ungodly reason.
Also, there is no toilet paper.

So, in short, as long as you don't use your room for showering, going to the toilet, or not drying yourself after shower, you'll be fine.

Also, as long as you don't mind, staff laughing at your expense. They obviously don't like customer's. Who needs customers in this modern age.

I would have rated good if they simply had towel in room,soap in shower and toilet paper. Not hard really.

Bathroom was horrendous. Towels smelled of bleach.

And customer service was not good.

Need to upgrade their services, facilities & properties

We had a bad experience in this hotel. We booked 2 rooms. It showed differently in online pics. When we entered the room it was in bad conditions.I already uploaded pics. The bed was briken, everything broken. We were very disappointed .even no hot water, bugs in room. when we told the reception staff they said we didn't have enough room. I wanted to ask you if you don't have any room why you booked or confirm the booking? We stayed only 1 night and we paid for another night as well but we didn't stay. We will never recommend it.
