Do not stay there unless you cannot afford anything better. The room I was given was infested with cockroaches and other bugs. Very noisy in the morning. Shower water didn’t drain. But the worst part was the smell of sewage inside the room. Have stayed in hundreds of rooms around the planet but never in a place like this one. But then again, I guess you get what you pay for. Most staff were helpful. Location is good.

Property is an ideal location. Infront of bus stop, universities, shops, restaurants, and walking distance to centro histórico and banks. Property has restaurant and parking. 3 min taxi to Metro centro shopping mall.
Affordable. Ask for Don Gaby who is very friendly and helpful manager.
