Nice place to stay, location was amazing, staff was exceptional. Bathrooms were underwhelming except for the hot showers
Pros:

The staff were exceptional and the location was amazing. We loved the Hot Showers. I estimate I have a 740 showers in Nicaragua and this was the first place I’ve ever had a true hot shower.

Cons:

For the price and bathrooms were below expectations except for the hot water. The building is really old so there are lots of oddities.

Pros:

La ubicación muy buena, el desayuno bueno y tiene estacionamiento, los muchachos que atienden en el restaurante super amables

Cons:

Las camas, los colchones están en mal estado, las almohadas muy gastadas, el servicio tenía mal olor, los paños viejos y gastados, éramos 3 personas y solo 2 paños, en partes el hotel estaba sucio, siempre hubo un niño acostado en los sillones de la recepción jugando con su tablet y la persona de seguridad en la noche también en el sillón de la recepción descalzo, con los pies subidos en la mesita de ahí, da mal aspecto

-La ubicación
-La amabilidad del guardia de seguridad quien estaba encargado del check in .
-habitaciones amplias

Cons:

No había servicio de desayuno. Le falta mantenimiento. El la ducha con material viejo. El aire de la sala de baño hace mucho ruido. Había mucha basura en las papeleras de los servicios (wc) de la recepción.
