Location perfect for winter gardens. Lady in front desk was very polite
Super basic and compacted, lift not in use, do not look into alleyway.
I liked the location it was nice chilled and quiet so close to the town centre and shops room was cosy we had everything we needed and the kind gentleman down stairs let me borrow his phone charger the bed was really cosy it was really nice we would happily stay again was great value for money lovely hotel would definitely recommend to a friend 👍🫶🙏💯❤️🙌😁
Was exactly what we needed
I didn’t even get in I parked my car saw the receptionist and went to have a coffee while room was supposedly being prepared I got a call saying they were closing the hotel even though I’d paid in cash the day before storey too long to relate this diabolical action other than to say I went back half way through the time I had booked for and they were open and booking rooms that I enquired about avoid this place like the plague!!!!!
The management staff were horrible telling me the replacement hotel was close enough by tram even though I’d paid had informed them prior that I had mobility issues

The general manager and duty manager were both welcoming, friendly and professional.
The condition of both rooms I booked. In my room the carpets were badly stained along with the chair, chipped paint, cracks on the ceiling and paint on the headboard. My brother's room had no working toilet and faulty taps on the sink.

Rooms were quite small. However- did have everything we needed in them.
Lift for our room only went up so far and then had to carry both baby and pushchair up stairs to get to our room

Was no hit water all weekend and with 2 girks who are dancing in a competition they were nit amused at getting cold showers & the lift was broken so I defo got my steps in tho on the stairs to the 3rd floor
