Lovely view of sea. The room was clean and tidy. The staff are all friendly. We enjoyed the entertainment in the bar. We had a lovely stay.

Dirty room, Bathroom disgusting ,Hairs in bath didn’t use ,we would not have been able to get in bath anyway bath sides were to tall , Toilet very close to bath and to top it all no privacy has no blind to window

Beach view was amazing all staff especially reception lovely and friendly.

Room wasn't hoovered or clean at all, beds had bogies on the sheets, bugs in one of the beds too.

Basic with no frills but clean, wall lights didn’t work but lamps put in room to compensate. Blinds pull broken but could still close just couldn’t adjust. Beds clean and comfortable. Rooms were very warm so had to sleep with window open, minimal noise so not an issue. Bathroom small but did the job and shower was hot and decent power. Floorboards very creaky and tv remote temperamental. Could do with a facelift as apart from furnishings all very tired looking. Location was perfect and staff very friendly and helpful. Limited parking so book in advance to guarantee. Facilities looked ok but we didn’t use them as already had plans, well stocked bar with huge tv where there seemed to be entertainment on (bingo the night we were there) and dining area. Very convenient and suited our needs so would stay again for a quick stopover. Feel like we got a basic room as we got a discounted price as room was not like photos. In fact wasn’t a triple room, but 2 rooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with a single. Was ok for us but may not work for every family.

I was quite disappointed with our stay. Our room was ok amenities wise but the window sills were extremely dirty. Not ideal when you pay more for a sea view that you can only see by standing at the window. The entertainment was very loud and went on til really late. Our shower only had one temperature and was absolutely scolding, completely unusable. The bed was clean and comfortable. This is our 3rd stay in Blackpool this year and and definitely a hotel I would not return to.

We did not enjoy the stay at all. The interior especially the carpets in the hotel throughout especially the room was awful. There was hardly any water came out the shower head. Even when the dripps and drops came it was either too hot or cold, the temperature knobs was broken and didn’t function at all. The fans in the room didnt work properly they just made noise not air. The beds were ok and they were clean and tidy, fixtures and fittings on the building looks old and tacky. No one answer the phones. Had to wait for a while before someone came to help at the reception for checkout.

Poor condition. Needs updating. Limited food times and no out of hours food. Everyone complaining about something broken in their rooms, toilets, showers leaking through ceilings and in our room a gale blowing on our heads all night & whistling sounds first night. Rowdy guests drunk every night and very few people there in the evenings. Some staff friendly, some not friendly. Entertainment good but drinks excellent. Run down area but beach beautiful. Lift decrepit and felt very unstable. The whole place needs completely modernising - not cheap and much nicer places to stay in the immediate vicinity. Things fixed quickly but should have been done before arrivals or preferably not have needed doing at all. Tatty restaurant area in need of renovation but breakfast okay. Service good in restaurant. Some customer service good, others very moody. Would not recommend or stay there again unless totally renovated and new windows, fixtures and fittings and a modern service extra hours evening food and cheaper prices if still grotty outdated interior. It used to be very good and packed out apparently but it’s dreadfully outdated and dull now, virtually empty even at weekends. Overall very disappointing indeed.

Stayed here a few years ago and was far better then. This hotel has gone down hill since. Bedroom very small, double bed not king size.

Had family room for 4night (room only) staff was great anything you needed. Room was clean but bathroom was terrible the smell, dirty toilet brush left floor was dirty shower door would open/shut properly wouldn’t stay on runner. Above the bed was sticky and full of dust. Main toilet in the reception was dirty as well.

Well, I don't know where to begin. The room we were given was stuck in the 1960s. It was very small, the bathroom practically right next to the bed, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and neither did the entrance door. The windows overlooking the sea were so dirty you couldn't see anything. You had to hold the kettle because it didn't work. The bed was covered in plastic foil, rustling terribly. The ceiling showed signs of water damage, as if it were about to collapse. It was loud, everything shook and creaked. The shower was tiny, we barely fit in it, and the toilet seat was broken. We had a good laugh every minute, and something new surprised us. No air conditioning. We definitely won't be back! 😊

Mold in bedroom, bathroom needded attention, dust everywhere, bed was uncomfy, i could feel the springs, furniture was old and dated
