ארוחת הבוקר הייתה בסדר, מאוד מגוונת אבל שום דבר לא היה ממש טעים.
האוכל יכול להיות מוצלח יותר.

היו לנו בעיות עם הטלויזיה.

We travel frequently and typically stay at five-star properties around the world, and we've even hosted events at some of them, so we know what exceptional hospitality looks like. Our stay at the Orient with Isrotel, thanks to Shelley, was truly one of the most memorable we've experienced.
We were there for a special celebration, and while a few unexpected hiccups came up along the way, Shelley turned what could have been a stressful situation into something seamless. She was proactive, warm, and genuinely invested in making sure we felt cared for at every turn. Every issue was resolved quickly and graciously, and she went out of her way to make our celebration feel luxurious and special.
What stood out most was how genuine she was. This wasn't scripted hospitality. It was real, thoughtful care from someone who clearly takes pride in her work and in making guests feel valued. She elevated our entire stay.
It was such a great experience that we even changed our plans, and stayed at another Isrotel property after our experience with Shelley.
If you're staying at the Orient, ask for Shelley. She is an incredible asset to the Isrotel team, and we'd return in a heartbeat knowing she's there.

חייבו אותי אקסטרה על 2 ארוחות בוקר ולא הייתי בכלל בחדר האוכל, לא אכלתי ולא כלום. אני הייתי חתן ביום התארגנות בעת העזיבה לפני המפגש עם הכלה הם אמרו שקיימים חייובים, היה לי חיובים על החדר של שניצלונים וצ׳יפס בבריכה ו2 שייקים אבל לא היה ארוחות בוקר. בעת הצ׳ק אאוט כאשר אני ממהר ומחכה כעשרים דקות שעיכבו לי את כל הלו״ז של החתונה לבירור העניין הפקידה אמרה שהיא אינה יכולה לבטל את החיוב שזה רק מנהל וכל הזמן שחיכינו לו המנהל אמר שיגיע תוך דקה אך לא הגיע כעבור עשרים דקות של המתנה הפקידה אמרה שהאופציה היחידה שלי זה לשלם ולבקש זיכוי דבר שמצחיק מאוד לשלם על משהו שלא השתמשתי בו ואחריי זה לחפש אותכם ולרדוף אחריכם שתחזירו את הכסף שלי!!!!! הרס לי את כל מצב הרוח ביום של החתונה שילמתי ואמרתי לה שאני לא אשתוק על המקרה הזה שזעזע את יום החתונה שלי!!!

ארוחת בוקר הייתה טובה . אבל לא מאד מתאמצים על אנשים עם מגבלות אוכל
הכי גרוע היה שהמקום נמצא באצר בניה אף אחד לא טרח להגיד לנו. הרבה רעש . הספא לא מנש ספא.. אילו ידענו היינו בוחרים מקום אחר

I would have liked not to find a cockroach on the staircase on the way to my room one of the days.
I would have liked a new shower cap everyday ( i got only one the first day and i used it and it wasn't replaced).

היה ריח של עובש באמבטיה ובכללי החדר היה קצת חנוק. המים בבריכה היו מאוד קרים! הפיזור של הכיסאות סביבה הבריכה היה ממש צפוף.
