Not far from city cente, 10 mins walking. Large room.

good location and friendly staff
Pros:

we only stayed for 1 night as we needed to go to Issey Kul but the hotel's location was ideal for us and the neigborhood was quiet so we felt safe. also, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Badly managed and outdated, not clean and not very polite staff

Locatie was goed

Cons:

The receptionist was very young and gaming with about 6 boys in the lobby all day. The shower was only warm for a few minutes and then wouldn’t heat up anymore. There was no bedside lamp. There was a stain on the pillow and hairs in the bed. Breakfast was per person till 10, but we had to wait for almost 30 minutes and they said part of the food was finished already, even though we arrived at 09.30. Breakfast was small and medium. Breakfast area was stained with cat hairs (and a cat) and we are allergic. Someone had smoked in our room, but luckily we could chance rooms.
