Even though the first two rooms had an issue (a/c and streaming log in) the night clerk kept trying with pleasure.
Pros:

Customer service was top notch. I had an issue w the first two rooms we were put in but they made it happen in the end.

I had an Amazing time at the hotel and I was very pleased.
Pros:

Ms. Nicole at the front desk treated us with excellence. The rooms were exceptional and the breakfast was amazing. The location was very close to shopping and food. I would definitely stay here again and refer others to stay here.

Cons:

I only had one bar of soap for the sink. It would have been nice to have another one for the shower and maybe a bench for the shower. I know there is bodywash but some people like a bar of soap.

The property is well-kept and modern and secure. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was very pleasant and interested meeting needs and fulfilling request. Overall, I would recommend this hotel easily. I would love to stay at the Residence Inn again.
