Top Lage mit verbesserungs Potenzial
Pros:

Die Lage und die größe der wohnung was auch super.

Cons:

Die Schlafcouch war defekt und mann konnte sie nicht nutzen, die Betten hatten Flecken und es waren viele Tiereharre im Bettlaken. Die Lüftung war sehr laut und ich habe den Support angerufen und die sagten zwar wir kommen aber es passierte nix.

The size and lay out of the apartment. Very clean.

Cons:

Cable car going by at night. No staff anywhere to be found. Tried to check in early but no luck due to non responsive tele staff.

Very nice and clean!! Easy stay near French Quarter.

Easy in and out, extra supplies if needed.

There were a couple things inside the apartment that need attention; light bulb missing in main living room lamp.

L’emplacement est très bien. L’appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé. La chambre de l’étage est confortable.

Cons:

Surprise à notre arrivée, un groupe de jeunes fêtards était dans le hall d’entré. Ensuite, le code de la porte de notre appartement ne fonctionnait pas. Aucun personnel sur place. Contacté par téléphone, une personne a pu faire le nécessaire.
Le salon et la chambre du bas donnent sur le rue Carondelet. Équipé de simple vitrage, impossible de dormir. Toute la nuit le tramway, les camions et les voitures circulent.
Encore une fois, contactés, leurs services devaient nous recontacter pour nous proposer une solution sans retour…

Fantastic quiet location close the French Quarter and the St Charles trolley bus.
Pros:

Great location and comfortable apartment. Outdoor seating, gym and public sitting room all attractive and car park almost next door.

Floors and rug a bit dusty.

Great location for walking into French Quarter and exploring city in street car.

Great facilities, crummy online system.
Pros:

The building and rooms were excellent. The price was outstanding for the rooms and amenities.

Cons:

They demanded FAR too much online to make the reservation, including photo of my drivers' license. Their computer system to upload that data was glitchy, and the online check-in process was confusing. No staff on-site.

The location was great...walking distance to all you would want to do, but on a quieter street. It was also spacious...and has all you could need.

Cons:

The check in process was a bit odd...but the company was responsive. It is one of these places that is run by a small centralized staff if people, but no one is at the building...everything is handled with codes... If you need a human present this may not be the place for you
That being said... the person behind there chat was so responsive...so quickly I wondered if AI was answering me
It could also do with a little bit more attention to the cleaning.

The location was ideal for our planned activities!

Cons:

I booked 1 apartment for our whole family to enjoy being together. We arrived to find that it was two separate apartments. I was very upset with this situation. We had no linens for the sofa bed. One of the bedroom ceiling fans did not work. Was very upset!

We would stay there again.
Pros:

Although the property is getting a bit tired and needs some work, we loved the apartment. The bedrooms are built in a way that they are very quiet, cozy & homey. We loved the brick walls. Beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything necessary. We loved the view. The courtyard and the public places were beautiful and comfy.

Cons:

Some of the living room furniture was not so clean. There was dust under the beds. Some cupboards were starting to fall apart.
