Muy buena experiencia, todo está más que bien
La habitación súper amplia y muy tranquila , extra cómoda
Es bueno, si regresaría. El hotel es cómodo y a la vez hogareño. Excelente programación de TV. Habitación con balcón no la recomiendo ya que es vista hacia un patio interior. Tuve la poca fortuna de que el hotel estaba en mantenimiento entonces varias zonas como la estancia y el roof estaban en mal estado y poco atendidas. La alberca está riquísima y algo pequeña. El agua de la regadera estaba fría y tardaba demasiado en calentar como 15m y los dispensadores de jabones poco eficaces se traban.
Amamos la alberca infinita y las habitaciones , solo que hay muy poco personal atendiendo y en la noche apagan luces de lobby como
Si estuvieran ahorrando … en la alberca de noche muy oscuro y sin personal. Pero en realidad la habitación estuvo perfecta el baño hermos y la alberca sensacional . No hay secadora de pelo y me era muy necesaria
All the reception staff have provided me with a friendly welcoming service. I love the fact that they always reminded me late in the day that I can still get the room cleaned. The room cleaning was impeccable. KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB :)

Tenía bastante las necesidades la habitación como agua caliente en regadera y tina,la falta de silencio en la habitación ya que abajo hay un bar,falta de línea telefónica en la habitación para poder solicitar algo a la recepción.
Great staff.. clean place.. would definitely stay there again .. beautiful roof top pool..close to everything …

The location of this hotel is excellent, very close to the city center. The rooms are spacious, and the cleanliness of the room appears to be good. However, this hotel is rated as four stars, yet there are no cups in the room at all. When we wanted to rinse our mouths, we had to hold the water in our hands. I asked the staff at the front desk downstairs, and he told me that the room we were staying in did not provide any cups. I was quite surprised; what kind of hotel is like this? Furthermore, the hotel's advertisement on the website mentioned that there would be a safe in the room, but the safe in my room had been removed. I took a photo and showed it to the staff at the front desk, but he said there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue. The staff at the front desk were very nice—one was named Santiago, and the other, a young tall male staff member, whose name I forgot. They were both very polite.
The place is quiet which was nice. Some strange guests late at night making noise, but only for a day or two. Seems like people mind their own business. They had a band on Saturday which was nice ! Could use some upgrades and does not truly reflect the pretty photos on the website. Staff were very friendly especially Nicholas who works hard and is great with customer service. Close walk to beach and restaurants.

The restaurant and bar was closed. Room was clean. The tube Faucet didnt work only the hand shower in one of the rooms.

This hotel is a ripoff. I asked the receptionist the next morning I arrived if they had any chairs available at the beach and she said yes so I paid for 10 days. When I went over to the beach my first day I went to go lay down on the chairs and not after a waitress came and told me I can only stay there if I pay $800 worth of drinks and food so I said no I am not interested so I walked out. Every day after that for the next 9 days I was trying to get my money back over 41 dollars US. I met with the manager twice he said he would get me my money back it didn’t happen.
There is no coffee maker, no safe, i tried asking if I can get 5 more clothing hangers for 4 days and they finally came back to me with an answer no. I couldn’t watch tv cause the language is in Spanish I got the maintenance to come and try to change it to English and they couldn’t, not even Netflix so I had no tv for 10 days how boring is that. There too roof pool opens at 10am nothing earlier so you know for the early birds. There is nothing going on in that hotel they don’t serve drinks at the pool nothing. Poor service I wouldn’t come back here again
This property is in a great location, however it is quite run down. Ad mentions restaurant and room service, this is false. Not even ice! The simple amenities that usual hotels provide, like towels, hair dryer are very limited. I will not be staying at this property ever again!

Stay somewhere else u less u visiting the spa 9/10 service there was amazingggggg hotel no ice machine no microwave no wash cloths jus towels very costly charges of u dirty a towel or sheets jus crazy staff jus blah hated it
