Pros:

The perfect place to stay in Osaka.
Amazing location - Namba metro station is two minutes walk and Dotonbori is five minutes walk. Plenty of nice places to eat, shop or even have a massage in the area.
Great stuff, friendly and helpful.
Free massage chair and lovely kitchen.
Rooms are clean and toilet is amazing ☺️
Don’t consider any other place to stay in Osaka.

Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and the common area with complimentary drinks, utensils, microwave oven & toaster was spacious and comfortable. Room had Dyson hairdryer and room size was very comfortable for 3 pax. Location was superb, near one end of Dontombori. 7mins walk to Amerikamura street where all the streetweat labels are. 15 mins walk to Shinsaibashi Daimaru.

Pros:

The staff were so kind. The free beverages with generous hours were so convenient. And this location felt safe but easy access to the night life of Osaka. Family friendly too! This hotel was my favorite during our trip!

Pros:

Чистый номер, новые полотенца каждый день, расположение отеля, вежливый персонал, дополнительные возможности в части бесплатных напитков и массажных кресел в лобби отеля. Помощь с трансфером в аэропорт.

Cons:

Окна смотрят в стену соседнего здания, но нам они по сути и не нужны, мы приходили в номер только спать. И это типично для страны, поэтому были готовы.

Great location, great hotel
Pros:

Perfect location, the amenities were awesome! We loved the free beverages and massage chairs!!!
The room had everything we needed and the staff was so kind and attentive. They completely took care of our luggage forwarding for us while we enjoyed a coffee. This is simply the perfect hotel at this price point. You cannot go wrong!
