As a whole, the hotel was exceptionally comfortable and I had a deeply pleasant stay. From the tasty hot chocolate provided for free at the lobby, to the close location to Osaka’s hubs of Namba and Dotonbori, I made the right choice of staying at this hotel. In addition, the room was spacious, with a couch provided next to a working desk.

Exceptional service! The staff were brilliant and always helpful, going above and beyond. The location is fantastic, right next to Namba station and few meters away from main attractions. The hotel has massage chairs in the lobby and a free warm drinks service which we absolutely enjoyed! The hotel staff were kind enough to handle our luggage and drive us to the station as well. Exceptional 11/10 service.
This property is exceptional. From amnesties to location. The staff go well above and beyond to ensure each customer is looked after and I will be staying here again each time I visit Osaka. Truely exceptional in every way possible.

Only 1 lift and room had no direct view of outside area.
The staff was extremely helpful and polite from helping with transportation arrangements to restaurant and entertainment recommendations. It was also conveniently located near the Dotonburi, Shinsaibashi and the Nambo train station. There was free coffee, tea and other beverages in the lobby and the lobby had a nice, comfortable vibe with jazz playing all the time. The room was spacious, comfortable and neat. All in all a great value for what you get.
The bed was pretty firm which could be uncomfortable for some, they didn't have any food, except for a vending machine and the immediate surroundings of the hotel weren't the prettiest.
Excelentes instalações, boa localização, quarto amplo, ótimo espaço no terreo com mesas e utensílios de cozinha pra preparo de lanches e boa oferta de bebidas quente e frias gratuitas.
Infelizmente, nao foi oferecido transfer gratuito para a estação do Shinkansen, mesmo tendo o atendente visto que estávamos com várias bagagens, que nao pudemos enviar ao destino por serviço de transporte por questões climáticas. O hotel costuma oferecer o transfer aos hóspedes, como se vê em vários relatos, mas pra nós nada foi ofertado.
