服務非常到位，中日英都可以，飯店的位置離熱鬧的商圈及車站非常近，房間夠大，廁所與浴室分離非常方便，樓下有投幣洗烘衣機，免費的按摩機，到12點之前免費提供的飲料，也打掃得非常整潔，隔音也很優秀，推薦給大家。

Super excellent & would recommend to others. In case we come back for sure we will book in this hotel again.
Pros:

All the staff are so polite, kind, helpful & very accommodating. The assistant manager (American) was super helpful and very patient & go beyond to help us.
The property was very close to shopping & train stations.

Cons:

I could honestly say nothing.

Pros:

The staff was smiling all the time, ready to provide a comfortable stay for their guests.
The hotel was clean, massage chairs a plus and location for shopping and food was convenient. Very very happy and very satisfied with our stay.

great stay would stay again
Pros:

it was central to everything we needed especially train station, friendly staff, we could do washing, had free drinks you could help yourself too and the massage chairs were a great way to wait for the washing

Cons:

the only thing we didn’t like the beds and pillows a bit hard

Pros:

The amazing hotel staff are very warm, friendly and professional. The room size was big and very comfortable for 3 adults. The pillows were so comfortable. Love the facilities provided, I actually relax in one of the massage chairs while waiting for my laundry. Great location, so convenient and walking distance to the train station, Dotonbori etc. Great hotel!
