Book it, you won’t regret it.
Pros:

Book it! You won’t regret it. We loved our stay. Great complimentary coffee in the lobby / cold drinks, massage chairs that you didn’t know you needed until you tried one, our room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a Dyson hairdryer!

Cons:

The area is a bit “gritty” but by no means unsafe. We never felt worried or unsafe.

Great stay!
Pros:

We got upgraded to a bigger room for 3 pax. Loved the space and massage chairs within the room. Shower area is bigger than most other hotels during our trip. Beds are comfortable. We also liked the pantry/dining area at the lobby where we could pack food from nearby hotspots.

Just a short walk to dotonburi. And about 10mins walk to Namba Station, which we also go to for more train options.

Amazing service, location and amenities
Pros:

Probably the most well set up hotel for travellers that I have been to (and there are a lot). With a lounge area with cold drinks, plates, bowls, microwave and eating area so you can bring your own food in the eat, to a laundry for guest use and staff who will accompany you to the station to make sure you get to the right place, the service and amenities were amazing

המלון מעוצב מקסים מיקום מושלם , נקי מאוד יש קפה ושתיה קרה חופשי בלובי .אבל מעל הכל השירות היה מעל ומעבר בכל דבר שביקשנו . אם נחזור לאוסקה זה המלון שלנו !

Nice hotel around Dotonbori area
Pros:

Hotel is in a good location, close to namba station and many restaurants in the Dotonbori area. Staff is very kind and helpful, as well hotel has 24h cheap laundry service which is super convenient.

Cons:

Rooms has uneven ground, meaning it contains steps inside, without a clear reason. To be clear, the room is a single story room - so why for example toilet are lowered by one step and shower is elevated by one step? This is un comfortable and can be problematic at night, be advised. Aside from that there is no breakfast served.
