The only place to stay in Osaka.
Pros:

Hotel 88 is special. It doesn’t feel like a generic big city hotel. The rooms are spacious especially by Japanese standards and could easily accommodate our large suitcases. Beds were large and comfortable and the staff were able to give me lovely soft pillows on request. They even have complimentary drinks and coffee in the reception area and a welcome drink on arrival. Location is perfect just a couple of minutes from Namba metro subway and about a 10 minute walk from Namba JR.
But what makes it special is the staff. It’s a smaller hotel so the staff have time to assist you with any query you have. They will leave no stone unturned to make sure your stay is perfect. I will only stay here when I’m in Osaka.

100/10, one of the best hotels we ever stayed at. We will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

I loved EVERYTHING about the property. Especially the staff they were sooo helpful and friendly. They also had really good English speaking staff. Dontonburi was just 3min away. The train station was about 8-10 min walk. 7/11 3 min They have massage chairs and a pool table. They had a drink bar. I had the hot milk tea, corn soup, and Fanta Melon like everyday. The rooms were very spacious and clean. This place definitely kid friendly.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn’t like, this place was by far the best hotel I ever stayed. From the moment we walked in and until we left the customers service was beyond what I expected.

Amazing stay and would definitely come back again.
Pros:

Amazing hotel in a perfect location, right by Dotonbori and just a few steps from a central train station. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Osaka!

Cons:

The only downside was that the hallway to the rooms was close to the smoking area, so there was sometimes a strong smell when entering or leaving. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Amazing!
Pros:

We took the limousine bus from the airport and it was about a 6 minutes walk from where we got dropped off to the hotel. The staff is amazing! They helped us with suggestions for transportation to Kyoto and even gave us a free ride to Shin Osaka since we had luggage and kids. The rooms were so big compared to the other Japanese hotels we stayed at. We had a massage chair in the room too. There a 7 Eleven so close and also so close to Dotombori. You can bring food and eat at the lobby area, they also have free drinks and utensils, plates, and cups to use. If we come back one day I would stay here again.

服務非常到位，中日英都可以，飯店的位置離熱鬧的商圈及車站非常近，房間夠大，廁所與浴室分離非常方便，樓下有投幣洗烘衣機，免費的按摩機，到12點之前免費提供的飲料，也打掃得非常整潔，隔音也很優秀，推薦給大家。
