Excelente hotel
Pros:

El personal fue extremadamente amable. Las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño y son limpias. Se agradecen las bebidas gratis.

Por la zona pensé que tendríamos problemas de sonido pero no, pudimos descansar adecuadamente. Sin duda me volvería a quedar aquí.

Poloha hotelu je dokonala, super nápomocný personál, nabidka čaju a nebo napřiklad solí po přijezdu. Oddělená toaleta.

Cons:

Nic mě nenapadá. Možna jen lehce chladno u okna, ale v pokoji byla klimatizace a dalo se přitopit.

Incredible location, amazing staff, highly recommend
Pros:

Every single staff member we interacted with was absolutely lovely, and treated us extremely well. The best, friendliest hotel employees I have seen. Excellent location. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Bed was on the stiffer side, but we slept very well as the room was a perfect temperature and VERY dark.

Pros:

Very well located, hotel itself has good amenities - laundry facilities, refreshments etc. Staff were incredibly helpful and went over and above to make our stay comfortable and inform us about the area, help us out with luggage etc. would definitely stay here again. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable

A pleasant and memorable part of my trip to Japan.
Pros:

As a whole, the hotel was exceptionally comfortable and I had a deeply pleasant stay. From the tasty hot chocolate provided for free at the lobby, to the close location to Osaka’s hubs of Namba and Dotonbori, I made the right choice of staying at this hotel. In addition, the room was spacious, with a couch provided next to a working desk.
