Pros:

원래 호텔 후기는 한 번도 남겨본 적이 없는데, 이번에는 너무 감사한 마음이 들어서 처음으로 후기를 남깁니다.

무엇보다 호텔이 정말 깨끗했고, 침구도 깨끗하고 편안해서 여행으로 쌓인 피로를 푹 풀 수 있었습니다. 그리고 머무는 동안 모든 직원분들께서 정말 친절하게 맞아주셔서 처음부터 끝까지 기분 좋게 지낼 수 있었습니다.

특히 체크아웃하는 날에는 오사카난바역까지 직접 데려다주셨을 뿐만 아니라, 제 짐까지 직접 들어 올려주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 여행객에게 필요한 작은 부분까지 세심하게 배려해 주시는 모습이 인상 깊었습니다.

호텔 위치도 정말 좋았습니다. 도톤보리와 가까워서 관광하고 이동하기 편했고, 장시간 걸어 다닌 후에도 호텔까지 돌아오는 데 부담이 적어 여행 중 피로를 덜 수 있었습니다.

직접 이용해 보지는 못했지만 작은 라운지와 안마의자도 마련되어 있었고, 관광객들이 편안하게 머물 수 있도록 여러 가지 편의를 세심하게 제공하고 있다는 느낌을 받았습니다.

짧은 일정이었지만 정말 편안하고 기분 좋게 머물다 갑니다. 친절하게 대해주신 모든 직원분들께 다시 한번 감사드립니다. 다음에 오사카를 방문하게 된다면 꼭 다시 이 호텔을 이용하고 싶습니다. 정말 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다!

整體服務好，提供的設備也完善如洗衣、烘乾、飲料及按摩設備…等，每天都會有很好的感受像回家的感覺，離各重要景點也都很近進出方便，是值得一來再來的好地方

Great location, warm staff and excellent facilities
Pros:

The location is great - almost everything is at walking distance, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We slept so well in the rooms!! They even had a Dyson hairdryer. You can enjoy free drinks and massage chairs in the lobby.. highly recommend this hotel!

You won’t be disappointed!
Pros:

Excellent stay all around! The room was large, well equipped and bed very comfy. We used the cheap laundry facilities, as well as the complimentary drink bar and massage chairs. The location couldn’t have been better, central but quiet. The best part though, was the staff. Super friendly, great English and couldn’t be more helpful. Travis especially went out of his way to help us with a personal ride to the bus station for our airport bus. Best value hotel we had in Japan!

Super leuk hotel - geweldige service - fantastisch personeel
Pros:

Leuk hotel voor met een gezin. Leuke buurt. Fantastisch personeel. Alles, maar dan ook alles wat je wenst is er / wordt voor je geregeld. Hotel zelf (met name de kamer) kan echt wel iets beter maar het fantastische personeel en de service zorgen er voor dat het een top hotel is.
