Herrliches Hotel, romantische Anlage, Essen und Restaurantservice zum Vergessen

Fantastische,, äußerst gepflegte Anlage, sehr ruhig, riesiges Zimmer und Badezimmer, Terasse mit Blick ins Grüne, super Zimmerausstattung mit Getränken, Minibar, Kaffeemaschine etc., sehr sauber, tolle Betten, herrlicher Patio mit Teichanlagen im Khmerstil, riesiger und sehr gepflegter Infinitypool, freundliches und hilfsbereites Rezeptionspersonal, eineandfreies Housekeeing, extrem freundlicher und liebenswerter Fahrer (Shuttleservice zum Airport)

Cons:

Restaurantservice und Küche fallen krass gegenüber dem so schönen Ambiente ab. Abendessen ungenießbar, stir-fried Fisch völlig vertrocknet, ohne Sauce oder Dip, ungenießbar, Gericht mit völlig vertrocknetem geschmackfreiem Schweinefleisch,, Wir konnten gar nicht glauben, dass in so einer tollen Umgebung so minderwertig zubereitete und nicht schmeckende Gerichte aufgetischt werden können, zumal - wie wir am nächsten Abend in der Stadt erfahren konnten - die lokale Sukhothai-Küche exzellent schmeckt und außerordentliche gustatorische Rafinesse.aufweist. Restaurantpersonal eigentlich nicht unterbesetzt, aber uninspiriert bis unwillig, bestenfalls auf fehlende Schulung zurückzuführen. Dies gilt auch für das Frühstück. Hier war zwar die Qualität des Angebots in Ordnung, aber der Service trotz zahlreicher physisch anwesender Mitarbeiter nicht vorhanden. Eine Mitarbeiterin sagt, ja, Getränke, Kaffee werden an den Tisch gebracht, bei der Nachfrage an der Theke nach 10 Minuten: Do it yourself und Fingerzeig auf eine Kaffeemaschine. Wenn man mit 2 vollen Händen vor der Terassenschwenktür steht und zwei danebenstehende, sichtbar untätige Mitarbeiterinnen danebenstehen, könnte man erwarten, dass jemand beim Aufhalten der Tür behilflich ist - dann dreht man sich lieber weg. Unaufmerksam, möchte man einen Wunsch äußern, hat man den Eindruck, man stört das Gespräch der Mitarbeiter untereinander oder die aktuelle Smartphoneaktivität.

Excellent séjour dans un lieu fabuleux
Pros:

L’accueil du personnel, la piscine magnifique, le confort de la chambre, le délicieux petit déjeuner ainsi que le bon dîner.
L’hôtel est un peu loin des sites mais nous étions en voiture, donc pour nous pas de soucis.

Cons:

l’impolitesse de certains touristes qui déposent leurs affaires de piscine de façon à se réserver des places sans être présents alors qu’il n’y a que peu de place !
Peut-être que le personnel pourrait gérer cela ?

Plus beau que sur les photos
Pros:

C'est bien plus beau que sur les photos du site Booking ! Une large pelouse, joliment éclairée le soir, donne sur un magnifique chedi. Notre chambre (la 702), très vaste et belle, occupait une maison ancienne, avec terrasse et vue exclusive sur un plan d'eau et ce même chedi. Spectacle merveilleux au coucher du soleil.
Très grande piscine carrelée.
Le site de Sukhothai n'est distant que de 2km.

Cons:

La cuisine est plutôt grasse et le petit déjeuner, quoique copieux, est décevant : produits industriels, jus d'orange type "Fanta".
Nous n'avons pas apprécié que le réceptionniste retienne notre taxi lors de notre départ le temps "qu'une femme de ménage vérifie notre chambre" (ils avaient pourtant pris notre empreinte CB). La confiance règne...

Very convenient location for the major sites, lovely gardens.
Pros:

Gardens are lovely, it is a very quiet location. Staff were very friendly and professional.

Cons:

The food was poor in the restaurant, we only ate there on our first night More attentional should be given to the pool area. Towels and empty glasses/bottles were not cleared away and no one from the bar/restaurant took the time to ask guests if they would like drinks etc.

Magnifique hôtel dans un cadre enchanteur impeccablement tenu. Superbe piscine. On y passerait volontiers plusieurs jours tellement le cadre est reposant.

Great place, little niggles.
