Un excellent choix pour visiter les temples de Sukhothai
Pros:

L'ensemble du site est magnifique, des parties construites jusqu'aux jardins, donnant, du côté ouest, sur le chedi d'un temple voisin et, du côté sud, sur la campagne.
Très grande piscine.
Personnel efficace et réactif.
Des vélos sont à disposition.
La salle et la terrasse du restaurant, jouxtant la piscine, sont bien agréables.
Quant aux chambres, elles sont spacieuses.
Nous avions choisi une chambre (501) qui donnait sur la campagne (c'était une des raisons du choix de cet hôtel) et c'était un vrai bonheur d'ouvrir ainsi sur l'extérieur et la montagne au loin (photos).

Cons:

Prestation à la hauteur, en dehors de l'éclairage des chambres : les ampoules diffusent une lumière froide, créant une atmosphère blafarde.
Quelque chose qui pourrait être si facilement changé ! (nous avons observé ce problème ailleurs, dû probablement à la méconnaissance des choix proposés en typologie d'ampoules - lumière chaude, lumière froide).

Una estancia excelente y para repetir.
Pros:

Sus instalaciones, piscina, jardines, etcétera. El personal excelente, nos proporcionaron medio de transporte inmediato para realizar algunas de las actividades que queríamos realizar.

Cons:

El restaurante cierra algo temprano a nuestro parecer.

Pros:

L ensemble de l hôtel est agréable, belle piscine, chambre agréable et lit correcte.

Cons:

La climatisation donne directement sur le lit et même réglée au minimum. Donc vous ne pouvez pas garder une chambre fraîche. Musique très forte le soir au delà de 23h!!

Herrliches Hotel, romantische Anlage, Essen und Restaurantservice zum Vergessen

Fantastische,, äußerst gepflegte Anlage, sehr ruhig, riesiges Zimmer und Badezimmer, Terasse mit Blick ins Grüne, super Zimmerausstattung mit Getränken, Minibar, Kaffeemaschine etc., sehr sauber, tolle Betten, herrlicher Patio mit Teichanlagen im Khmerstil, riesiger und sehr gepflegter Infinitypool, freundliches und hilfsbereites Rezeptionspersonal, eineandfreies Housekeeing, extrem freundlicher und liebenswerter Fahrer (Shuttleservice zum Airport)

Restaurantservice und Küche fallen krass gegenüber dem so schönen Ambiente ab. Abendessen ungenießbar, stir-fried Fisch völlig vertrocknet, ohne Sauce oder Dip, ungenießbar, Gericht mit völlig vertrocknetem geschmackfreiem Schweinefleisch,, Wir konnten gar nicht glauben, dass in so einer tollen Umgebung so minderwertig zubereitete und nicht schmeckende Gerichte aufgetischt werden können, zumal - wie wir am nächsten Abend in der Stadt erfahren konnten - die lokale Sukhothai-Küche exzellent schmeckt und außerordentliche gustatorische Rafinesse.aufweist. Restaurantpersonal eigentlich nicht unterbesetzt, aber uninspiriert bis unwillig, bestenfalls auf fehlende Schulung zurückzuführen. Dies gilt auch für das Frühstück. Hier war zwar die Qualität des Angebots in Ordnung, aber der Service trotz zahlreicher physisch anwesender Mitarbeiter nicht vorhanden. Eine Mitarbeiterin sagt, ja, Getränke, Kaffee werden an den Tisch gebracht, bei der Nachfrage an der Theke nach 10 Minuten: Do it yourself und Fingerzeig auf eine Kaffeemaschine. Wenn man mit 2 vollen Händen vor der Terassenschwenktür steht und zwei danebenstehende, sichtbar untätige Mitarbeiterinnen danebenstehen, könnte man erwarten, dass jemand beim Aufhalten der Tür behilflich ist - dann dreht man sich lieber weg. Unaufmerksam, möchte man einen Wunsch äußern, hat man den Eindruck, man stört das Gespräch der Mitarbeiter untereinander oder die aktuelle Smartphoneaktivität.
