Ningbo Portman Plaza Hotel

The hotel is a bit old. We can smell the smoke in the guest room. But anyway it is clean and nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to go to almost anywhere in the city. There are a lot of shopping and dining options nearby.

地下鉄の駅から歩いて10分位。
最寄りの駅から繁華街の駅まで一駅。
ホテルの前にコンビニあり、夜中でも利用できる。
ほぼ都心なので深夜でも治安は良いかも。
利便性は良いし、この価格帯では何の不満もない。

（冷蔵庫がなかったかも？w）

テレビが映らなかった。

以前はシェラトンを利用していましたが、部屋の状況はほぼ一緒です。朝食はシェラトンのレストランですし、ほかの設備も利用可能なんで、コストパフォーマンスはこちらが優越です

其它方面都好，就是前台人员基本都是小旅馆态度。

レセプションに氷の注文をしても無料でした。シェラトンホテルでの朝食が良かった。

建物は古めでしたが、部屋が結構広かったです。
朝飯がシェラトンホテルでビックリしました。
凄く美味しかったです。
ホテルの近くには日本料理の店が何軒か有り便利でした。
5分くらい歩けばセブンイレブンも有りました。

隣のシェラトンホテルがあり、朝食はそこで、またジムも利用できます。
周辺には日本料理店も多く、食事は非常に便利です。

helt greit, Meget god pris i dette området. Små gamle rom. Kun gjerne vært mer engelsk språklig personale.

Billigt og ok hotel. Morgenmaden var god da man skulle spise på Sheraton Ningbo

ただ、今回泊まった部屋はすごくタバコ臭かったし、洗面台、バスタブ共に排水が悪かったです。二日後にもう一度利用しましたが、同じ部屋だったので、変更してもらいました。
周囲には日本料理店も多く（ただし、間違った店も何件かあります。）、日本人の食事には困りません。また通りを渡ったところにローソンもできました。

Nice place to stay.

Hotel is old but located in the down town. The hotel room is comfortable and clean.

Good location and connected with Sheraton Hotel. Facilities are a bit old.

Good points - In the center of the city. Good local area.
Biggest advantage - Part of Sheraton property. So can have breakfast in Sheraton which is quite good; can use Gym in Sheraton which is fantastic and big enough with lots of equipment; can use Sheraton indoor swimming pool which is not bad.
Room is spacious (in Apartment building) and clean with comfy bed.
Bad points - Dirty carpets in the corridor. Poor service. Booked in hotel but room given was in apartment building without giving any reason. Did not provide non-smoking room. Girl who checked me in told that she would arrange for something like room freshener spray etc but eventually didn't take any action. Although the booking was for three nights, the room key didn't work the next day which had to be updated by the front desk.
Room furniture looks a bit old.
All in all, I'm still giving good rating but if I don't consider Sheraton facilities, and consider only Portman hotel then the rating would be much lower.
They charged RMB516 per night (including tax and breakfast). In city like Ningbo, one can find far better hotels with much better rooms and service around RMB400 (inclusive of everything) with good facilities. If only portman like hotel, the room charge should not be more than RMB300.
They're charging such high price only because of Sheraton which is not worth.
Shall not stay here again unless I get a deal below RMB400 (incld everything)

チェックアウト時のスピードは中国の標準以上ですが、もう少し早くしてほしい。ホテルズ．ドット．コムで支払済なのにもかかわらず、支払を請求された時はびっくりしました。気付いたようでしたが、もう少しちゃんとして欲しい。それ以外は中国のホテルの標準以上だと思います。
