It was a fake booking from booking.com. No staff around when we arrived in the evening and it's new year and it's fully booked.

Het echtpaar wat dit hotel runt heeft geen enkele affiniteit met klanten.Goedendag zeggen is al een probleem.
Heb hier 3 weken gezeten, vroeg of ik de laatste dag iets langer op de kamer kon blijven, geen sprake van.
De hotelbezetting was 20%

Pros:

My room was not properly cleaned once during my 6 day stay. The guesthouse is clean but this is not acceptable. The staff were friendly but spoke no English. The address does not accurately reflect the location (in a Soi) and the signage is all in Thai. If you are going to advertise on English language websites than there must be some English somewhere.
