Neljubazni recepcioneri. Hotel pomalo neuredan (osim sobe). U puno lošijem je stanju nego na slici.

Misleading, Noisy, and Unprofessional – Avoid

This property is severely mismanaged and misleading. The restaurant repeatedly added items to the bill that were not ordered. Staff frequently argued with guests and created constant tension.
Despite full prepayment through Booking, staff repeatedly demanded additional payment until I showed official receipts proving everything was already paid.
From 8 a.m. onward, staff shouted loudly between floors, and ongoing drilling and renovation noise made rest impossible.
Unprofessional, chaotic, and disrespectful to guests. Avoid.

The property is well located and offers a beautiful balcony view.
It was a real pleasure to wake up to the view of the church in the morning. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful, and check-in was smooth and easy, even very early in the morning.

Cons:

One area that could be improved is the breakfast quality.
We stayed for four nights but chose to have breakfast at the hotel only once, as the variety was quite limited and the food was not particularly tasty.
It is also important to note that the hotel does not have an elevator, which may be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Мой самый любимый отель в Тбилиси
Pros:

Приезжая в Тбилиси останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Здесь удобное расположение, рядом все достопримечательности старого города, магазины и метро Авлабари.

Отдельно хочется отметить вид на завтраке и из ресторана отеля! Лучше просто не найти! Особенно вечером!

Номера комфортные, с удобными матрасами и хорошим постельным бельем. В номерах есть все необходимое для отдыха.

Завтрак вкусный, домашний, с большим выбором блюд.

Отдельная благодарность работникам отеля! Благодаря им чувствуешь себя здесь как дома!)
