Nice hotel
Pros:

Very nice hotel with spacious room & comfortable beds. Breakfast has variety of choices. Staffs are friendly, polite & helpful. However hotel doesnt look that new & locates a little far from central city or pedestrian street. Takes about 30 min driving.

Pros:

外観、内装はやたら洋風に仕上げてあり、最初は「安い割りにええ感じのホテルやなぁー」て思ったのもつかの間、部屋のシャワールームに他人の髪の毛の塊が転がっていて、信じられんで嗚咽(おえつ)が走った。
「おえーー!!　こんな汚いもてなしいらんで!!」一旦こんな状態を見たら、何もかもが汚く見えてくる。

部屋のカードキーも何度かざしても、全く開かず、フロントに文句ひとを言いに行ったら、対応に三人がかりで20分も待たされ、あげくの果ては「OK」の一言で終らせる始末。

やる気の無い高校生のバイトの様なスタッフは謝る気が更々無い。

「ちゃんと、カードキーが治ったか開くのを確かめに一緒に部屋まで来てくれ」と頼んでも「OK!OK!」と忙しくも無いのに門前払いの対応。本気で腹が煮え繰り返った。

室内プールも係員二人が、足を水に漬ける場所でプールサイドに置くプラスチック製のイスを30台ぐらい洗いまくり、ドロドロの水に足を漬けてプールサイドへ行った。

あまりにも気持ち悪いので、結局入らず終い。
地下一階にあるプール入り口までの通路は真っ暗で、気色悪かった。

ホテルが呼んだタクシーはぼったくりで、長沙市の五一広場まで一時間もかかり80元取られた。
帰りに道路で拾ったタクシーは、五一広場よりも遠い場所から30分でホテルに到着しタクシー料金割り増しの夜なのに50元だった。

部屋の明かりは電灯がほとんど無く、暗いので部屋の中での作業が本当にしずらいので難儀した。

レストランのスタッフも腰からシャツが丸出しのままで、英語で話しかけても眠たい顔をして対応も悪く、何かと指でアッチ、コッチと指示をする始末。

このホテルはほとんど、英語が出来ないスタッフばかり。スマホアプリで海外言語検索する能力すら無い。「よくこれで海外からの観光客を招き入れてるなぁー」と呆れてしまう。

部屋のカードキーが開かない時に、フロントに電話して来た掃除のおばはんは、自分が掃除の時に空ける為のカードキーをドア部分に当てて、開いたら知らん顔して、そのまま消え去る史上最悪の対応!!

入室前に、宿泊費を一月前にクレジットでお金を払っていたにも関わらず、デポジット(敷金)と言う奇妙なお金1,000元も現金で払わされる。

フロントを始め、スタッフが大学生のアルバイト感覚の乗りでやっているので、日本人には不向きなホテル。

レストランは下水の悪臭が漂い、とても食べるところではない。

客層悪く、スタッフの女の子にいたずらしたり、タバコを吸いながらうろうろしている輩がやたら多かった。ホテル内はタバコ臭く廊下に漂っている。

部屋内も禁煙ルームを頼んだのに、枕がたばこ臭くて眠れず頭が痛くなった。

お金を払って最悪な旅をした。
