Pros:

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, and great location close to the bus stop to the ski lifts. Rooms were small yet comfortable, and there was a ski room for equipment and boots.

Cons:

Although clearly not advertised, I would recommend the hotel build a spa somewhere in the basement. This would make the hotel go from superb --> exceptional in my opinion

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, mit guter Auswahl. Die Lage für das Gebiet Jakobshorn ist perfekt, sonst gibt es natürlich immer denn Bus. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Auswahl haben und mehr auf Unverträglichkeiten geachtet werden (z.B. laktosefreien Jogurt, mehr Milchauswahl, vegan, Glutenfrei etc.)
