проживание оставило отличное впечатление, рекомендую!
Pros:

хорошее расположение. 4 этаж с лифтом, ступеньки на входе. прекрасный вид на город. просторный номер. все фото соответствуют реальности. отличный душевный сервис, чисто и уютно, удобная кровать, хороший вкусный завтрак. рядом винный магазин и супер., есть кафе и рестораны поблизости.

очень хорошее впечатление от проживания единственный минус лично для меня это крутой подъем в отель.

I would definitely come back again.
Pros:

The hotel is on the fourth floor of a beautifully renovated building. Close to Europe Square and the Old Town on foot. A minute's walk from the metro and the shopping and restaurant area. A Carrefour supermarket is nearby and a branch of a local Sim is adjacent to the Carrefour. Very nice staff, especially the woman in the name kaia in charge of the dining room. Excellent breakfast on a balcony full of plants and views. Good value for money.

Pros:

Spacious room with super comfortable beds and a great view
The hotel does not look great from the outside, however we had booked the junior suite and it was very comfortable, spacious and clean.
Bathroom was good but the toilet did not have a faucet
Breakfast was limited but good, the best part was the view from the breakfast room

Все очень понравилось. Любезный персонал, прекрасные завтраки, ежедневная уборка и смена полотенец, большой номер, удобная кровать. Местоположение самое лучшее, рядом метро, старый город, магазины и масса достопримечательностей. Вид с террасы потрясающий, отель 10 из 10 рекомендую!

Pros:

Провели с сыном в отели 3 дня,остались очень довольны. Чистота идеальная, уборка каждый день. Номер достаточно просторный и светлый. Большой плюс веранда с красивым видом на город. Местоположение очень удобное, всё в шаговой доступности,транспорт парк магазины и много всего для души🥰. Отдельный прям тёплый отзыв хочу оставить за завтраки. Вкусные очень. Особенно оладьи, ради них вернусь обязательно 😀. Продукты все свежие,закуски красиво оформлены, одним словом- рай для гурманов. Огромное спасибо всему персоналу за тёплый приём.

Wonderful Stay at Hotel Penthouse
Pros:

I had the Comfort Jr. Suite. It was large, and the beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The terrace was beautiful and had a great view. The staff were all fantastic. The cook even accommodated a request I had for breakfast. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. About a 7 minute walk to Old Tblisi and about a 3 minute walk to the Alvabari Metro station, with a grocery store, and good restaurants nearby. Shower was hot and great water pressure. Also, they have a very convenient laundry service. For a reasonable fee, they will do your laundry and return it in a few hours.

Pros:

All working personal made me feel like home, breakfast, room service, front desk...

Cons:

some electrical outlets not working, shower door, window in bathroom was not opening and some minor things.
