Everything was great but the one and only thing I would say could be improved would be the lighting in the room. There’s no lighting around the mirrors when you’re trying to get ready for your night out.

We had a very comfortable 2 night stay in this hotel. Immaculately clean. We had an assessable room which had air con. Lovely comfy bed spotless everywhere. Tea, coffee, biscuits replenished every day. Chocolates on bed on arrival. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer, shower gel all provided. Continental & cooked breakfast included. Much nicer than some of the reviews I read. Staff all very friendly. Will definitely be staying here again when we are back in the Midlands. An excellent central base. Thank you Greswolde Hotel.

Staff most accommodating, no lift, but they were able to change our room to the ground floor. Lovely decor, spotless. Good bar menu and breakfast. Parking easy. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.
