Falta mencionar que es barco, estuvimos 2 horas buscando el hotel y nadie sabía decirnos donde se encontraba

Difficoltà a trovare l’hotel, neppure con google map. Nel sito Expedia non era riportato che si trattava di hotel gallegiante sul fiume.
Colazione mediocre per il numero di stelle. Il cappuccino è a pagamento.
Sorpresa negativa anche per il prezzo. Acquistato 2 settimana prima ho pagato un prezzo superiore rispetto a quello riportato il giorno del mio arrivo.

Übernachten auf einem Schiff ist ja nicht ganz alltäglich, umso positiver war wirklich die Qualität, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und der Komfort an Board. Die Größe der Zimmer passt, es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Tolles Badezimmer mit großer Dusche und allen Mittelchen, allerdings ohne eigene Heizung.
Nette und vor allem große Hotelbar.
Frühstück groß und international, wie in jedem anderen Hotel auch, inkl. Sekt & co.

The rooms or cabins were much smaller than the pictures indicated with tiny bathroom. I was on the main deck level with the path through the park and had runners tramps etc passing non stop.

Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht gemacht und total verdreckt; Dämmung des Schiffs ist schlecht; man hört praktisch jedes Wort von aussen, Oropax ist Pflicht; Bediensteten sind größtenteils bemüht.

Für Renter, die im Sommer den Rhein herumgurken ist das evtl. akzeptabel, für Reisende, die am nächsten Tag arbeiten sollen, eher nicht.

A boat on water. Wonderful. Great breakfast. Pay the extra money and get the river view room, its worth it.

Stayed here for an overnight layover since the airport hotels are sooo expensive. Did not know it was a boat, but everything turned out fine. hotels.com had issues with my reservation, but hotel staff were able to fix everything. Quiet location along the river. The standard rooms are very small, but since i just needed a bed, i was very happy.

Es war das erste Mal, dass wir auf einem Schiff übernachtet haben. Das Einchecken war grundsätzlich problemlos, leider war nur eine Konversation in Englisch möglich. Keine Parkplätze in der Nähe zum Einchecken. Dem Personal waren die in der Nähe befindlichen Parkhäuser nicht bekannt bzw. auch nicht, dass einige davon Sonntags geschlossen sind. Eine Suche nach einem geeigneten Parkplatz war ein echter Horror. Absoluter Negativpunkt war, dass uns beim Einchecken mitgeteilt wurde, dass wir am Sonntag morgen um 08:30 Uhr ausgecheckt haben müssen, da das Schiff dann weiterfährt. Im Internet war Check-Out bis 11:00 angegeben. Auf unseren Einwand hin gabe es keine Entschuldigungen o. ä.. Es wurde nur mit der Schulter gezuckt.
Ansonsten hatten wir ein sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Auch das Bett war top. Das Angebot am Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich. Es hat uns gut geschmeckt.
Wenn die Begleitumstände nicht gewesen wären, hätten wir eine sehr gute Bewertung abgegeben.

wir hatten eine Nacht auf diesem Schiff gebucht, wobei wir noch nicht mal eindeutig in der Beschreibung gesehen haben dass es ein Schiff ist. Als wir angereist sind, stand das Schiff nicht an der angegebenen Adresse und wir sind wie blöde in Frankfurt herum geirrt . Nach einem Anruf bei unserem Veranstalter hotelscom, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass uns der Hotelmanager angeblich per E-Mail angeschrieben hätte uns Bescheid gesagt hätte dass das Schiff nicht im Hafen liegt zu der Zeit.
Wir haben nichts erhalten, auch in unserem Spam-Ordner war keine E-Mail.
Ich frage mich, warum ein Veranstalter dieses Schiff anbietet und eine Buchungsbestätigung schickt, wenn es nicht im Hafen liegt. Es war eine große Aufregung! Letztendlich wurde es aber gelöst durch eine freundliche Mitarbeiterin und wir konnten in einem anderen Hotel die Nacht verbringen.

Unlike most reviews, I knew this was a boat beforehand. It was easy to find and not too hard to get from the street to the boat. Some taxis will even pick you up right on the water if they know how to get there. The boat and rooms were very nice and the breakfast was good as well.
The stay itself was not ideal though. The Wifi was awful. It constantly kicked you off and even when using it, it was slow. Made it impossible to do work. Every time we mentioned it, someone said they would have the technician fix it. It never got any better though. Additionally, there was a full day where the whole boat did not have any hot water. We were there during the end of November, so this made for very miserable showers. They did fix it the next day though and there were issues after that. Lastly, the heat on the boat was not very good either. The hallways were very cold and at one point the heaters in the rooms also stopped working. So, yet another thing that needed fixing during a 3 days stay.
In short, very nice place and great location, but nothing seemed to work when we needed it.

Die Kabinen sind sehr großzügig gehalten und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad ebenso. Dusche ist erstaunlich groß. Wunderbare Produkte von Rituals stehen im Bad bereit. Dazu ein gutes Angebot an Kaffee und Tee mit Wasserkocher auf jedem Zimmer. Frühstück sehr gut. Es mangelte an nichts. Hervorzuheben ist der Service im Restaurant. Viele Angestellte waren sofort zur Stelle um Geschirr abzuräumen oder Kaffee nachzuschenken. Der einzige Wermutstropfen war, dass wir schon um 8:30 Uhr auschecken mussten, da das Schiff bereits um 8:45 Uhrabgelgt hat obwohl in der Beschreibung Checkout nis 11 Uhr angegen war. Positiv allerdings war, dass wir die Buchung kostenfrei hätten stornieren können aufgrund dieser Änderung. Aber wir haben dies nicht gemacht. Zum Glück. Es war herrlich.

Zimmer waren sehr kalt vorallem im Badezimmer ist das wirklich unangenehm. (Im Badezimmer befindet sich keine Heizung). Ansonsten ist das Schiff sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Wichtig ist vorallem für ältere Menschen, das ausser dem Leiter des Schiffes keiner deutsch spricht. Englisch sprechen aber alle sehr gut. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Sehr lecker und viel Auswahl.

Hotel was ok, room was rather small and breakfast was awful, however a good location to explore Frankfurt. Had to check out after the early after the first night of a 2 night stay, as we woke up to find a note under our door telling us we had to check out by 8:30 on a Sunday morning, which was not told about when booking, front desk very unhelpful when we requested a refund and had to go to Hotels.com for the refund.

Helt greit å bo på denne båten. Svært god beliggenhet under messe i Franfurt.
Grei frokost, greie rom. Litt dårlig seng for de som ikke liker myke senger.

We were not aware that this was a boat when we booked but once we realised we thought it might be quite an interesting place to stay. The novelty wore off pretty quickly. The rooms are tiny, as you'd expect of a cabin, and so were the beds and pillows. Breakfast was only served until 9.30 despite the website stating 10am. We were not informed of this until we tried to sit down for breakfast at 9.40. The tv and Wi-Fi did not work and the bathroom flooded with every shower. The worst part of our stay was the fact that we were asked to check out by 8.30 on our last day as they needed to move the boat. Not ideal given our flight was not departing until 8pm and we had nowhere to store our luggage.

Kyseessä on jokilaiva, se ei tule oikeastaan missään esille nettisivuilla. Laiva on laiva ja huoneet on hyttejä, joskin siistejä sellaisia. Lämmitys ja lämpimän veden saanti takkusi välillä, mutta henkilökunta yritti parhaansa. Perus aamiainen, pienehköt mutta siistit hytit, kapeat käytävät. Siistiä ja hiljaista, tavallaan ihan hauska vaihtoehto perushotellin vaihtoehdoksi.

I went for the Christmas markets and wanted to stay somewhere nearby. Why stay in a standard hotel when you stay onboard a boat. I cam honestly say that the boat was spotless, the staff really friendly and helpful too. The breakfast was hot, lovely and fresh. I would definately stay again. The bar area was very homely, it was lovely to sit in here at the end of the day and relax with a drink

Le bateau est propre cependant trop de bruit moteur bateau etc et froid dans les chambres !!!
Le rapport qualité prix trop élevé sinon le reste correct

es war alles o.k. bis zum Abreisetag, obwohl wir bis 11 Uhr morgens gebucht hatten, endete die Liegefrist um 8:45 Uhr und wir mußten ohne Frühstück bei Schneeschauer das Schiff verlassen. Mitgeteilt wurde uns das gegen 8:30 Uhr per Telefon
