Pros:

most staffs are nice and helpful. the bed was gorgeous, shower was great. easy to travel(vlose to bus stop)

Cons:

1.outside the traffice noise was very loud! -1point
2. when we came in on Wednesday 08/04,the reception was quite bad, -2points (should -5points, but other staffs were nice)
first, we asked if we could have lunch in hotel, shw said there was two meeting, too many people to have lubch, there were no seats. but when we just bought something outside and came back to sit at the restaurant, the waitress told us there were plenty seats.
second, same reception, when she check us in, only one passport left while shewas even holding it in her hand, same time there were some other guest came in, she even told me I vould go to the room and she would like.to welcome the new guest, and she would give me the last passport back LATER!!!!!! How ridiculous!!!!!!! very unprofessional!!!!!! such a bad reception. It is in Italy....even your hotel is 4 stars, but the first seconds to meet your staff, there is no trust yet!

Cons:

To far from restarunts, staff spoke very limited english which cost us an extra one hundred euro for a transfer they arranged,telling us it was sixty euros,which the driver showed on his phone that he had quoted one hundred and sixty.

camera grande e luminosa

Cons:

abbiamo dovuto aspettare un quarto d'ora in fila per fare colazione, la stanza era piccola e la gita aveva occupato tutto, lo staff non ha trovato soluzioni decenti. Il parcheggio era a pagamento.

Odlično za raziskovanje Catanie in bližnjih mest
Pros:

Sodoben hotel malce izven centra Catanie, ki je dosegljiva peš ali z avtobusom, saj je postaja zelo blizu hotela. Sobe so prostorne z veliko kopalnico in udobnim ležiščem. Na voljo je bil bogat samopostrežni zajtrk. Bili smo zelo zadovoljni.
