Pros:

The bed is extremely comfortable and the room is large, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The overall atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing.
However, the real highlight of this hotel is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. I interacted with several young staff members during my stay, and although I don’t remember all their names, they were all wonderful. The girl working in the afternoon was very kind, and the young man who handled my check-out on the morning of March 14, 2026 was also extremely nice and professional.
All the staff members are attentive, warm, and genuinely care about the guests. Honestly, staying here is worth it just for the kindness and positive energy of the people who work there. On top of that, the room itself offers a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Cons:

The only small negative point I noticed was during our first night. Our neighbors were quite noisy, which made it clear that the sound insulation between the rooms could be improved. However, this happened only once. We spoke with a member of the hotel staff, and the situation was handled immediately. After that, we had several very calm and peaceful nights.
Another point that could perhaps be improved is the air conditioning. It can be a bit noisy, and its position sometimes makes the airflow blow directly onto the bed. This is quite common in many hotels in Asia, so we were already familiar with it, but it might not be very comfortable for everyone.
Aside from these small points, our experience was overwhelmingly positive, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

Everything was perfect, Siem Reap is really great! It's totally safe and the hotel is really beautiful, amazing swimming pool and dangerously super kind staff. The breakfast was always delicious. Additionally, the internet is stable and reliable even for a remote working. Frankly, i dont understand other comments complaining about lack of the sun on the swimming pool, Roosters or dull breakfast, I spent a week there and couldn't notice any of that

Только расположение, в остальном больше не буду бронировать этот отель.

Cons:

В номере очень жарко, но кондиционер старый и если его включаешь, то он дует на всю комнату с невероятной силой. Спать было невозможно. Если открываешь балкон - заползаю гекконы. Поэтому кондиционер единственный вариант, но имеете риск проснуться простывшим. Завтрак был ужасный, невкусный. Процедуры в отеле стоят заавышено, в 10 минутах в городе то же самое сделают в 6 раз дешевле. При выселении администратор пошел за нами проверять мини-бар, что ничего не съедено, хотя мы опаздывали. Очень было неприятно, ведь у меня и так к бронированию была привязана карта и они могли вставить счет, как это делают в любых других отелях такого же уровня.

The room was stunning perfect location

Cons:

For us as a wheelchair user, we had to go through the staff entrance which we felt was a bit inconvenient, and again as a wheelchair user, we couldn’t get to the pool but apart from that, the hotel was amazing

Pros:

La localisation de l'hôtel au bord de la rivière promet de belles ballades en soirée. Le personnel qui est vraiment formidable, tout particulièrement Kai à l'accueil et les demoiselles du restaurant. Les chambre sont immenses, le petit déjeuner (j'ai pris l'option plat typique khmer) et juste délicieux.
Bref, Siem Reap était ma dernière étape de mon voyage au Cambodge. Je suis heureuse d'avoir séjourné 5 nuits au Riversoul et je recommande. Si je reviens, nul doute que ce sera ici.

Il paraît d'après les commentaires qui' y a un coq à côté, je comptais sur lui pour me réveiller à l'aube et voir le lever du soleil sur Angkor Wat malheureusement je l'ai pas entendu, bon j'avoue j'ai un sommeil lourd😁 si ce n'est pas votre cas, pas de stress dans la chambre est fourni des bouchons d'oreille 😁

Lovely staff on a great location!
Pros:

Friendly staff and service! We rented the tricycle, which we would definitely recommend for people who are not so comfortable on a scooter.
The pool was super nice to cool off.
Our room was really spacious and great facilities

Fantastic
Pros:

We loved everything at Riversoul. Kai was extremely helpful and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. The hotel design is fantastic. Lobby area is incredibly cool given it's an open space--a real refuge from the heat. Rooms were beautiful and the balcony spacious. Pool area was perfect and not too busy. Jane helped me book a scrub at the hotel spa (which did wonders for my skin). We would stay here again in a heartbeat
