先說缺點好了，因為這是唯一的缺點：一樓大廳在整修，所以必須搭乘電梯到7樓辦理入住，但是引導指標不夠明顯，而且晚上十點後抵達酒店，抵達的時候， 1樓就已經沒有服務人員了，這對於安全管理上面，以及方便引導房客方面，是比較不理想的。
從入住到退房，真的讓人感受到，什麼叫做家的溫暖。不管是7樓辦理入住退房或者是諮詢的服務人員，態度都非常的親切良好，永遠都是笑臉迎人，溫馨問候，這是在大陸入住過所有的酒店裡面，態度服務最好的。
房間每天都提供簡單的宵夜，不管是牛奶餅乾或者是紅糖薑飲，水果也都是每天補滿的，再加上充分補充的飲用水，還有每天不同的房務人員給予的關心問候留言，大概也只有家人才會這麼擔心你渴或餓，給予無微不至的照顧和呵護。
有在細微的地方檢查了一下，發現打掃得很乾淨。酒店據朋友說在威海當地是老飯店了，但實際入住，完全感受不到年代感，各方面都維持得很好，還被升等，望出去威海海景以及威高廣場，視野都更加遼闊。衷心感謝所有酒店的接待和服務人員。
浴室的熱水水流小了一點，入住的隔天就跟前台反應，他們馬上就有處理，雖然效果有限，但誠意十足。另外，退房的前一天，還麻煩了前台的服務人員幫忙洗烘衣服，傍晚回到房間，發現就已經洗好烘好送到房間放好了，能夠帶乾淨的換洗衣物回家，真好，又再一次感受到了只有家裡面才會感受到的溫暖。
早餐的選擇不少，熱菜及水果方面每天都有變化。其他的那些澱粉類的早餐，就是基本配備。現煮的牛肉麵或者是餛飩湯都非常美味，尤其是餛飩湯，旁邊的小料加一加，真的有海的感覺。本來第三天早上，想要改點鲅鱼水餃，可惜早上沒有供應，有點小遺憾。希望下次有機會再入住，可以招待一下；）
當你在威海，一個這麼乾淨又海景遼闊的城市旅遊，再入住溫馨、親切、乾淨、便利，又把房客照顧得無微不至像家一樣的酒店的時候，這趟旅程，就已經注定盈滿感動和深刻的回憶了。

Pros:

The reception upgraded us with a suit...which was nice. Very good breakfast with lots of choices, even for Venetians. Very friendly staff.
The location is excellent, the old town iand the night market is just right next door. We shall return.

Property location was fantastic.

The staff are very helpful. A lady named Pi was very helpful at the breakfast restaurant. It was lovely to receive treats such as fruits, vegetables and drinks on our return each day.

The gym looked old and tired so it needs some refreshing. I wasnt pleased to smell cigarette smoke on the floor i was staying given it was a non smoking floor.
